Hi, I’m Melissa, and I’m so glad you’re here!
I started CharityMaeProsper.com after a life-changing experience — being struck by lightning and struggling to find doctors who could help me recover. My hope is that this space will inspire the medical community to study lightning injuries and offer better support for survivors.
Through my healing journey, God has been my source of strength, resilience, and encouragement, guiding me to persevere even when the road seemed impossible. My mission is to help others find hope and encouragement in their walk with Christ. Life can be hard, but through Him, we can be strengthened to endure and overcome.
Two verses that have carried me through every challenge are:
Lamentations 3:22-23 — “It is of the LORD’s mercies that we are not consumed, because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: great is thy faithfulness.”
Joshua 1:9 — “Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
I also run CharityMaeDesigns on Etsy, where I create faith-based coloring pages, devotionals, and resources to encourage others in their faith journey.
