Luke 19:2-5
And, behold, there was a man named Zacchaeus, which was the chief among the publicans, and he was rich. And he sought to see Jesus who he was; and could not for the press, because he was little of stature. And he ran before, and climbed up into a sycomore tree to see him: for he was to pass that way. And when Jesus came to the place, he looked up, and saw him, and said unto him, Zacchaeus, make haste, and come down; for to day I must abide at thy house.

Thankful that of all the billions of people in the world God not only sees me, but also knows me by name!

1:52p- woke and still have a headache.  Entire right side hurts.

11:50p- Right side of head hurts.  Rt hip is throbbing.  Rt ankle hurts.  Cramping on rt side.  Rt ear hurts too.

8:41am – Headache is just about gone.  Rt hip swollen and throbbing like a severe tooth ache.  Rt foot and ankle hurts.  Eyes still sensitive to bright lights. Sinus cavities on face hurt especially on rt side.  Lower back aches.

11:35a- why would one have trouble focusing?  When I strain to do so it causez blurred vision and headaches.

10:02p- What a joyous time in church when a child rings the bell to acknowledge that she accepted Christ as her Saviour!

Luke 1:37 – For with God nothing shall be impossible.

Thankful that we can have eternal life through Jesus. He alone can change a life. He will take care of all our needs.

7:31p- Fell asleep fairly quickly, but woke up off and on most of night.  Woke up exhausted.

Rt hip hurts.  Feet are tingly like waking up from falling asleep.  Stuffy nose.  Neck hurts.  Hands aches.  Back is sore.

10:15p- I’m tired. Busy day.  FCS roller skating party today.  Bank.  Library.  Thrift Store.  Home again.

My upper torso hurts.  My head hurts. Rut hip hurts.  Body aches.  Left knee hurts.

My cheeks feel like they’re on fire!  Right ankle throbbing.  Lower back aches.  Eyes seem blurry.

7:27a- woke with a bad headache.  Stuffy nose.  Shoulders ache.  Rt hip hurts.

8:22p – IT’S SNOWING!!! 

9:46p – The kids made snowmen!

8:43a- Slept 5 hours last night.  Got extremely hot then extremely cold all night.  Body aches all over.  Cycle pain.  Rushing too fast to get ready…getting dizzy.  I’m tired out now.

James 4:14
Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? It is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

Unexpected things could happen in a moment that will change your life in a flash. Treasure your loved ones. Pray about everything. Trust Him to provide. Be thankful for what God allows in your life today. I’m thankful that I can depend upon the Lord’s mercy and grace to sustain me throught it all.

9:34p- Whole body sore most of day.  Left ear ringing for about half hour.  Center of chest hurts.

John 16:33
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

Thankful that I have found a true friend in Jesus who will never, ever leave me. “He’s the fairest of ten thousands to my soul!”

9:07a- feeling really week right now.  Took me over an hour to figure out how to ship to AE address.

Sad thing is I know I’ve done it before.  I just don’t remember how.

5:31- been awake for what seems like hours.  My whole body aches.  Stuffy nose and having trouble breathing.  Feel like I’m burning up, but temp is 98.5.  Exhausted.

3:20p- Bp 155/95 hr 85, temp 99.0

Found out today that my low grade fever is due to my electrical system being fried by the lightning.  Dr. was actually encouraged that my temp was down a degree from last month.

Lightning fries the electrical system and goes straight to the brain.  Also, flushing is from the nerve damage.

Dr. thinks that the nosebleeds may be from the Naproxen and wants me to stop taking it for a while.  I asked what to do when pain gets too bad.  He said to take the Flexeril instead.  Also, wants me to take 2 Benadryl at night to help with allergies.

10:17p- Joe explained why he thinks I’m doing better than I think I’m doing.  He sees that I’m walking faster than I was.  I’m thinking and processing things a little faster.

9:04am- I actually slept for 6 hours last night.  I feel like I need more.  Upper back hurts.  Fingers hurt.  Feet cold.  Chest tingles.

12:45pm- Joe lifted me up from behind just to love on me and my spine cracked all the way up.

6:37a- Pain pulsating in back, lower legs, and feet throbbing, hands have pins and needles sensation.  Woke up exhausted.  Neck hurts.

8:02a- Isaiah 53:4-5 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.  But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Thankful that Jesus loved me so much that He was willing to endure much suffering and agony that I might be able to choose everlasting life.

12:17p- Trouble walking first thing this morning – sharp pain in left heal.  Lasted about 30 minutes or so.  Tried to start planning curriculum for next year…focused about a broken up hour before eyes start getting blurry, brain foggy, and brain hurts.

Back hurts, toes cold and chilly, fingers pins and needles sensation, hands ache, very tired.

3:45p- Kids got clean bill of health at dentist today. While getting in the car, one of them admitted they were nervous because they had forgotten to brush at night a few times. 
To which the other replied, “Who doesn’t forget to brush their teeth at night?”
I replied, “Me.”
First child says, ” That’s funny! Our mom who struggles remembering things right now. Remembers to brush her teeth every night.”  LOL!

11:14p- Horrible, aweful cramping on left side of torso!!! Joe made told me to drink pickle juice.  YUCK!  I ate two pickles instead and used heating pad for a while.

7:19a-  Psalms 23:2  He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.

Thankful that the Lord gives us challenges in order for us to grow. All the while, He is there the time guiding, nurturing, and protecting.

11:25a- Stinging needles pain in upper back.  Skin feels flushed and is hot to the touch.

9:56p- Tired.  Neck hurts. Head hurts. Rt hip hurts.  Out of breath.  Forgetfulness…finally paid phone bill 5 days late.  Ugh!

6:40a- Psalms 37:7  Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.

Thankful that I have faith in the Lord who gives me hope beyond my circumstances and a peace that passes all understanding.

11:55a- Neck hurts.  Rt hip throbbing.  Headache.  Mildly achey all over.  Beginning to feel flushed.

6:05a- BP 143/79 hr 77  Head hurts.  Legs hurt.  Low back aches.  Hands ache.  Tired.  Eyes watering.

Crazy dream about riding a bike and accidentally hitting back end of semi-truck.  Messed up both tires and had to get new ones.

6:36a- It warms the heart to hear children get excited during the song service at church.

10:42p – In spite of feeling a bit under the weather lately, I hit a milestone today in recovery…I was able to make my bed without help today. I was a bit out of breath afterwards, but with God’s help I did it. Thank you, Lord!

6:10p- Head hurting on left side.  Had Dezirae check.  Actually have two sores.  Took pictures.  Had her clean them with peroxide.  *I think they may be related to the lightning injury.  Most think I’m silly for thinking so.

10:20p- Face is feeling flushed.  Decided to check BP 147/100 hr 86.  Have horrible burning indigestion.  Took Ranitidine 150 mg.

10:54p- Rt hip throbbing.  Skin is itchy.  Eyes watering.  Lower back achy.  Stuffy nose.  Feet and lower legs ache and have pins and needles sensation.

7:53a- Woke up in not as much pain as I thought I would.  Center of chest throbbing.  Lower back throbbing.  Hands have pins and needles sensation.  Legs ache a little.  Upper back is sore.  Headache is gone.  Yeah!

2:30p- Lower body cold.  Face feels hot and is flushed looking.  Feel like I have a fever, but don’t.

10:48p- Lower back throbbing.  Right hip throbbing.  Tired.  Brain mildly hurts. Eyes hurt.  Hot.  Center of chest starting to hurt.

8:51a- Crazy dream.  Middle and lower back throbbing like a toothache.  Not feeling too healthy. Running a low grade fever.  Eyes are red on edges.  Face is feeling flushed.  Rt hip aches.

November 26, 2017

6:56a- Crazy dream.  Lower back throbbing, rt hip throbbing, hand have pins and needles sensation. Stuffy nose.

10:09a- Eyes blurry.  Nose area slightly swollen.  Head hurts.  Spot/indentation on head hurts.  Rt foot aches and has pins and needles sensation.

11:21a- Trouble focusing to play piano.  Got flustered and felt face flushing.  Shaky.  Hands and feet have pins and needles sensation.  Hands ache.  It’s like my hands and eyes are struggling to coordinate with each other.

11:47- Nose started bleeding out of no where.  Able to catch it before it ran everywhere.  Cramping in left leg.  Little dizzy.  Pins and needles sensation climbing up arms to elbow.

3:30p- 2^nd nose bleed today after focusing on the computer for 30 minutes.

6:58p- 3^rd nose bleed during church.  Feel week.

8:40p- Hurt to swallow just now.  Felt like swallowing razor blade.  Ouch!  I’m freezing.

10:39p- Woke up suddenly sick to stomach.  Vomited.  Heart racing.  Feel week.  Sour stomach.  Yucky taste in mouth.

11:51p- Woke up excited because I’m gonna see Bubba tonight.  Body aches, but nothing I can’t handle.

Grocery shopping wears me out, but still have a lot to do…make pies, stuffing, painted back door, etc.

I’m really hurting now.

4:06p – First pie is cooling for tomorrow…Crustless Sweet Potato Pie

5:37p – Through all that has happened this year, the trials and the blessing…God has been good. I’m am thankful for All He Has Done!

9:22p – Praising the Lord for safe travels for Jakob, Timmel, & Caleb made it home safely!

7:02a – Woke up in a lot of pain…did too much yesterday.  Pins and needles sensation in hands and feet.  Headache.

7:43a- 1 Thessalonians 5:18 ~ In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

Thanking God for His unfailing love and consistent care even in unpleasant circumstances that have hidden blessings along the way.

8:42a- Homemade Cinnamon Rolls for breakfast.  Yum!

11:18p- Did a lot more than usual to make it special.  I’m in a lot of pain!!!  Hope to get some much needed sleep.

Chest hurts, neck hurts, right hip hurts, headache, vision fuzzy, little more dizzy than normal…
