Good morning 🌞
It’s a beautiful day to worship and serve the Lord!
Seeking God First
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. Matthew 6:33
Today’s gathering at the National Mall serves as a reminder that America’s greatest need has never been political strength alone, but spiritual dependence upon God. Throughout our nation’s history, moments of uncertainty have often driven leaders and citizens alike to seek the Lord in prayer.

Before the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the Founding Fathers recognized the seriousness of the hour and called for prayer, fasting, and humility before God. They understood that wisdom, courage, and true liberty come from the Lord. America’s foundations were deeply tied to acknowledging God’s providence and seeking His guidance.

As we reflect on events calling our nation back to prayer and faith, may we also examine our own hearts. Revival does not begin in government buildings or public gatherings alone—it begins when individuals choose to seek God first in their homes, churches, and daily lives.
When we put God first, He gives direction for the future, peace in troubled times, and strength to stand for truth. May we never forget that the greatest hope for any nation is not found in man, but in the Lord.
