Good Sunday morning! ☀️
2 Chronicles 20:17 reminds us that when the battle is bigger than we can handle, we don’t have to fight it in our own strength. The same God who stood with Judah is with us today!
Stand Still and Trust
Ye shall not need to fight in this battle: set yourselves, stand ye still, and see the salvation of the LORD with you, O Judah and Jerusalem: fear not, nor be dismayed; to morrow go out against them: for the LORD will be with you. 2 Chronicles 20:17
Judah faced a battle far greater than they could handle on their own. Yet God reminded them that they did not have to fight in their own strength. Their part was to stand firm, trust Him, and watch Him work.
There are times when the battle before us seems far greater than anything we can handle. But God reminds us that we do not have to face the battle in our own strength. He is with us.
When fear begins to rise and discouragement sets in, stand still and trust the Lord. He is already working in ways we cannot see. Our responsibility is to remain faithful, obey His Word, and trust Him with the outcome.
The battle may be bigger than you, but it is never bigger than God. Do not fear. Do not be dismayed. Stand firm, trust His promises, and watch the Lord work.
