Fear Not—God Is With You | Isaiah 41:10

Good Sunday morning! 🌷

When fear or discouragement comes, remember that you are not facing it alone. God promises to strengthen you, help you, and uphold you. Whatever today may bring, trust the One who holds you in His hands.

Fear Not—God Is With You

Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.  Isaiah 41:10

Fear can make us feel weak, overwhelmed, and uncertain about what lies ahead. Yet God gives us a powerful reminder: we do not face our trials alone. He says, “Fear thou not; for I am with thee.”

Notice the promises in this verse. God promises to strengthen us when we are weak, help us when we cannot see the way forward, and uphold us when we feel we may fall. Our confidence is not found in our own strength, but in the God who is always faithful.

Whatever you are facing today, remember that the Lord is with you. You may not know what tomorrow holds, but you know Who holds tomorrow. Rest in His presence, trust His strength, and refuse to let fear have the final word.

Challenge for the Week Ahead

When fear or discouragement comes this week, stop and remember Isaiah 41:10. Instead of focusing on what you cannot control, focus on the God who promises to be with you, strengthen you, help you, and uphold you.

Challenge: Each morning, read Isaiah 41:10 and choose one promise from the verse to carry with you throughout the day. When fear arises, repeat that promise and thank God for His presence and faithfulness.

Prayer:

Lord, help me to remember that I am never alone. When fear and discouragement come, strengthen my faith and help me trust Your promises.  Uphold me with Your righteous hand and give me peace to face whatever lies ahead.  In Jesus’ name, amen.
