6:00a- Woke up with a headache and feeling blah
2:20p- head pounding. Can feel my heart beating in my toes. I’m feeling so exhausted that I might pass out.

6am- Woke hurting horribly. Severe pain in chest.
8:00 – pain in chest gone. I hurt all over. Rating a 7/8. Hands swollen and throbbing. Headache. Lower back aches. Legs ache down to toes. Just want to cry right now.
