Oct 20
Rough night. Up at 2 something thinking we overslept. Back up at 4 something. Whole body stinging throbbing pain. Feel like I broke a fever. Exhausted.

Tasks:
Disinfect and wipe down toilets

Work on blog
Day interrupted. Guys at church need 2x6x8 boards and 12 penny nails to replace support beams in floor. I’m going to get them and deliver them.
Had to ask strangers for help finding the items. I’ve heard of 16 penny nails, but not 12 penny. A guy graciously agreed to help me look for them.
Had to ask at customer service counter for help looking for the boards. Worker wanted to know what kind. Told him I needed to check price difference between pressure treated and not. Two other guys were talking to worker. The one guy was talking about a house he was fixing up so I asked for his input. He agreed pressure treated would be better. Price wasn’t much different so I got the pressure treated. That took me a few hours round trip.
Had enough time to come home and eat lunch catch my breath and go pick up gals from school.
By time we got home, I had enough energy to crash in bed. Slept for couple hours.
Watching Tiny House Nation to get ideas for storage and preparing to live in a smaller home.
930 chest and back really starting to throb. Picking up the first 2x6x8 board wasn’t a good idea. Glad the worker lifted the others and another guy helped load in car.
Rt eye twitching. Whole body stings. Left arm throbbing like I worked out. Low back throbbing. Slight blood nose. Feet cold.

I wonder how many “Pharisees” in Heaven will be surprised at how little their heavenly rewards are because they chose to do their good deeds publicly on earth? Don’t let that shy you away from doing good when you see an opportunity. Rather seek ways you can bring praise to God with the right hearts attitude rather than for self glorification.

1. Strangers willing to help me get what I needed for church
2. Time made to work on my blog a little today.
3. Able to encourage my sister in the Lord today.
Oct 21
Rough night. Pain in body kept waking me. Strange dream. Woken by a loud thump but I don’t know if it was in dream or real life. Body writhing in pain. Left arm feels like I pulled a muscle. It hurts horribly. Up and down.
510 got up to sit with Jordon for few minutes. Sat and prayed a while after he left.
Vision is bit blurry making it difficult to read my Bible this morning. Sinuses congested. Low back throbbing. Rt hip hurts. Skin hypersensitive – hair touching it feels like ants crawling. Chest center aches. Mild headache.

Working at church today for a little bit. Not sure what I’ll do. Joe is going to help guys with replacing floor in mission house.
It’s storming right now! My nerves are amuck. Nerves and muscles twitching in body. Back freezing stinging pain. Rt hip throbbing. Nerves stinging through body. In much pain.
Decluttered kitchen drawers. Fixed fall sign. Worked on Bible lesson for next ladies Mtg.
Exhausted. Laying down for a bit.
Freezing. Whole body stinging throbbing. Deep bone pain. Night supplements taken plus 1/2 benadryl and pain rx.
It’s been a while since we had a bad thunderstorm. I forgot how much pain the change in barometric pressure causes pain in the body. I just want to cry. Plus my coughing increased due to moisture in air. Ugh

1. The Lord bringing melodies in your heart even in the midst of pain and affliction.
2. The floor in mission house is being fixed
3. Able to have lunch date with Joe today

Woke up exhausted. Whole body stiff and throbbing. Skin itchy and sensitive.

Tasks:
Send family pics to TK, Take Rx to Joe, Put dinner in crockpot (Balsamic Honey Chicken), Clean house a little,
Clear kitchen table
Low back is killing me with intense throbbing pain. While transferring purified water to smaller jugs for me to handle, my whole body starting shaking. It made it hard to keep hold of canister.
Turned sideways too far and whole rt side cramped immediately causing much pain and difficulty moving.
So tired I go to bed early. Taking night vitamins I discover I forgot to take morning meds.
Oct 23, 2021
Woke around 4am in an allergy attack mode. Coughing, sneezing, sniffling, sinuses severely congested. Eating that ice cream last night was bad idea. Decided to suck on a ginger cud.
It finally quietd down after hour and half or so. Did knee bends and leg raises in bed.
Eyes itchy, skin hypersensitive, lft arm burning throbbing pain. Whole body stiff, stinging, throbbing. Abdominal muscles ache.
I’m exhausted and in much pain.

It’s weird how some days I feel half way decent and can tackle chores or errands while others days (like today) I feel like horrible. I don’t understand at all. Maybe its partly due to consuming a that extra sugar (ice cream) that I have been avoiding.
Could be I’ve been without the PEA supplement for a week now and I’m feeling the effects. I hurt more. Need to go order it now…
Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) supplement ordered.
Felt awful pretty much all day. Managed to make crescent rolls (dough didn’t rise properly), make the Eclare Cake, and finish up the bulletins.
I hurt from head to toe. Sinuses congested. Coughing
Night vitamins taken plus 1/2 benadryl, 2 Aleve, 1 ginger capsule, and sucking on 1/2 a ginger chew.
Thankful for:
1. Ability to take a day to rest
2. Children who want to serve the Lord
3. Loving husband
