Nov 4
Sleeping continue to improve but still rough night. Whole body feel swollen, stiff, and badly bruised. Hurts to move or lie still. Strange dream.
Lft arm popped when turning. Instant extreme pain! 😢 Then relief. It might have partially been out of place again?
It’s been tough trying to stay still to rest my arm, but I think it’s helping. Plus I started taking lots of Vitamin C. Y’day took 5k mgs. Will try to take more today.

On way to church to check on progress of mission house. While a brewery truck passed by, his load shifted in his turning causing something to fall which made a loud crashing sound. It scared me and I immediately jumped and screamed. My nerves are now on fire.
Tried helping Dezirae with her English before church, other people started flocking around us and talking. Normally, I don’t mind but for some reason it was too much sensory overload and my brain started freezing up. I had to say it was enough and walk away. Told Dezirae I’d help her more later.
With my brain fried and my arm cramping fiercely, I knew playing piano for church would be difficult. It was more of challenge than expected because for what ever reason my rt hand wouldn’t cooperate and I had difficulty playing correct notes or missed notes all together. Frustrating.
Ate late snack (9:30). Within minutes of finishing, I started having somewhat of allergic reaction – sinuses congested severely, coughing, choking. Took Tylenol sinus.
10:30 took pm vitamins plus Benadryl and Ibuprofen. Applying heating pad to lft arm to ease pain and muscle cramping.
P.S. I had a lot more journaled but somehow when I opened my phone next morning it was gone. Wrote what I could remember.

5:20 woke just before alarm.

Hands and wrists swollen and achy. Arms throbbing. Tummy hurts. Nerves feel prickly through body. Sinuses congested. Low back throbbing moderately.

1030 apt to sign papers for new home ins policy.
1145 attempt to pick up phone at phone store. Informed I’m at wrong store. Ugh. Arrived at correct store. Explain what I was instructed to do. Guys told me they can give me new phone but they don’t exchange phones there. What? He said it’d be no good because it would just sit in their storage room. I had to call customer service when I got home and ask for return email label.
1200 recvd text that I need to pick girls up early. Tara not feeling well.
130 once back home, I called customer service explaining I was a bit confused. Told her what happened. She said she loved my attitude and I was hilarious 😂.
323 moved arm while sitting in chair trying to figure out new phone and it popped!!! Ouch!!!
Decided to go lay down a piece. Phone rings. Update on house renovation. Floor in kitchen just about fixed. Installing new outlets where kitchen is getting moved to.
Center of chest starts throbbing horrible. Rt foot cramping so much that I cannot move half my foot – only can move big toe and one next to it. Had to massage the cramp to get foot to be able to move.
Joe decides to massage pain rub into left arm and upper back to help. Letting me rest a few.
5:05 burning chilling sensation is covering center of my back pain in arm and center front of chest is easing. Abdomen cramping.
815 severe sharp stabbing pain in center of chest. Need to lay flat. Applying cold pack to chest. Took 4 ibuprofen.
Nov 6
450 woke due to left arm popping causing sharp extreme pain in shoulder. Ouch!
600 still awake. Pain keeping me awake.

9:30 Dropped Dezirae & Tara off to help a friend.
Off to pass out tracts at the Pecan Festival. It’s a bit chilly this morning and not very many people there. Bit disappointed.
Afterwards, we went to couple stores to check on flooring. I have few ideas in mind, but not sure about pricing and implementation.
Picked lunch up at Subway. Could only eat half my sandwich. Extremely tired and fading fast.
Made it with few minutes to spare to bed. Passed out quickly. Slept for 2 hours or so.
Upon waking, still very tired and no energy. Managed to rotate laundry with one arm. Left arm throbbing and giving me fits. It keeps popping on me.
Keep trying to do things but have to keep dialing it back still. Shoulder dislocation is much different than ribs dislocation.
840 strange upsetting call tonight from stranger claiming I hit his car and left my number on his car. I did no such thing. He was cussing me out. Denied it not true. Ended up hanging up and blocking his#.
Discovered that I misplaced my college textbook somehow and have no where it might be. At least I still have my notes. Lord, please help me find it soon so I can finish my class up soon.
Low back throbbing. Eve’s curse extra vengeful this month Slight headache. Neck hurts – rt side. Muscles tight. Legs throbbing – like I ran a marathon. Left leg tourniquet tightening feeling from just under knee to foot. Left shoulder throbbing. Left forearm burning throbbing. Exhausted. Skin extra sensitive. Muscles periodically and randomly cramping throughout body.
Thankful for:
1. Joe voluntarily cooking dinner tonight
2. Able to rest today
