300 woken by Joe because he couldn’t find his spare uniform. I hung it on the line and forgot about bringing the clothes in. He was thankful that it was clean.
Arms and feet burning throbbing. Left shoulder hurts horribly and I can’t get comfortable.
Job 37:5-6, John 13-15
600a alarm rings. It feels like I just fell asleep. I’m so tired and I don’t want to get up. Left shoulder and arm throbbing like a toothache. Nerves screaming on fire. Both ears ringing. Skin hypersensitive. Hands and forearms numbish and tingling. Top of head hurts. Headache.
800 asked Dezirae what kind of cookies she’d like. She replied sugar cookies. I don’t even remember if I’ve ever made sugar cookies. Ugh! I asked🤦. Mixer to the rescue.
Sugar cookie batter in fridge. Dishes partially washed. My left shoulder feels like it’s caught and needs to be adjusted. It hurts. Low back throbbing intensely. Headache. Neck hurts.
Need to eat breakfast but I hurt too much to force myself to move momentarily. Ugh.
Making the cookies were too much for me. Left shoulder cramping bad. Entire body stinging burning throbbing pain.
Suddenly feel like I’m burning up. Face, head, and neck feels flushed and hot.
450 in extreme pain – nerves are stinging and burning throughout my body. It’s making me grumpy, grouchy, and apathetic. Ice pack on my left shoulder to ease knot. Low back throbbing.
I will not be continuing the Tru Vy vitamins. The second pill is green tea caffeinated. The caffeine is igniting fire in my nerves. It’s an overload that I don’t like. I’ll stick with B Complex. I can handle that.
Sharp periodic stabbing pain in left upper arm. It hurts😢. I overdid it today. I’ll be down for couple days at least. Ugh!
I’m so over the up and downs. Gotta figure out a happy medium.
Night vitamins taken plus .5 benadryl, 1 Tylenol, and .5 pain Rx. I hurt so bad I want to cry 😢 – stinging, burning, throbbing pain from head to toes.
Weather notification on phone indicates scattered thunderstorms tomorrow. No wonder the pain is magnified. Lord, be merciful to us please.

1. Joe agreeing to get pizza for dinner
2. Dezirae misses homeschooling
3. Jordon’s hugs even when I hurt bad
4. Understanding spouse who shows compassion even when he’s in excruciating pain.

1230a woke not certain of time or day and in much pain needing to use restroom
530 woke to great pain in body – stinging, burning, throbbing! I feel so swollen if someone poked me with a pin I’d pop and may get some relief. 😢
Joe graciously applied pain oil all over. At this rate of pain, it helps take the edge off but doesn’t relieve all the pain. Even a little relief is good.

No school today. Purposely taking it easy today so I can enjoy church tonight.
Enjoyed chilling with Joe this afternoon. Had good talk to. I like that.
Nerves still hurt stinging, but they’re not on fire anymore. Bad headache.
Jordon brought home some peppermint bark. What a sweetheart.
Laying down for half hour to see if I can get rid of headache. It felt like I just dosed off and alarm was ringing. Ugh.
Had fun flirting with Joe while getting ready for church. He dishes it right back. ♥️
Good services tonight. Had each of the kids tell me something they were thankful for before leaving. Couple struggled but they all gave me something. Think I’ll do it each service for rest of month. Need to come up with creative ways to influence them for Christ from my personal perspective. 🤔
Good family chat tonight with kids about college and life choices. Plans changing again. I’m okay with it. I want the best for our kids.
Still have much pain but no where near y’day. It’s probably a 5/6 right now. Slight headache. Rt ear aches. Neck aches. Low back throbbing. Rt hip throbbing. Legs achy and stinging. Feet chilly. Toes tingling. Skin itchy.

530 oh, I hurt. Rt side of head sharp stabbing pain. Every inch from neck to toes feels swollen and stings and throbs. Hands wrists forearms swollen and throbbing.

Ended up running errands with Jordon. On way to one place, approached a flashing red light. Sat there for a moment wondering why it was taking so long for light to turn green. Everyone was stopped at their prospective sides. It was my turn to go. Jordon asks why I’m waiting so long to go. I replied I was waiting for it to turn green. Lol

6:28 woke just before alarm. Had bad dream. Thought I had overslept momentarily.
Whole body feels swollen and is stiff. Stinging burning pain. Hurts whether I’m still or try to move. Indigestion so bad I feel almost nauceous.
Going to cheer on Reni at her soccer game. They were glad we came.
12:27 feel like I’m going to pass out. Laying down to rest.
Attending wedding of a friend . Beautiful wedding.
Left arm throbbing and cramping. Feet freezing. Exhausted. Whole body is cold.
Center chest aches. Skin itchy.
