500 pain wakes me. Stinging burning pins and needles throughout body. Ears ringing. Sinuses congested. Random hiccup. Sporadic muscles spasming thru body.

Received word that my Grandma passed away last night peacefully in her sleep.
Enjoyed visiting with the Burge family. We have a kindred spirit.
Traveling home today. Decided to take detour to Unclaimed Baggage Store. Took us too long to get there. Salt in traffic for a total over an hour in two different locations. Ugh.
My nerves are so frazzled from anxiety on the interstate that everything is getting on my nerves. I just want to cry bc it hurts.
816p sharp stabbing pain shooting from chest to abdomen. I just want to cry out in pain
10:45p finally arrived home. I hurt exponentially from head to toes. Muscles periodically and randomly spasming/cramping thru body.

Grandma passed away last night

649a woke to use restroom. Whole body sting throbbing pain. I feel like I’ve been badly beat up . Sinuses congested. My mind however is going 70 mph thinking of everything I still need to do before Christmas in two days. Oh no, I need to pull turkey out of freezer.
Funeral for my Grandma will be next week in PA. I will not physically be up to traveling again that soon.

Tummy is upset. Exhausted and don’t feel like moving much. I’ve got the runs. Took Pepto. It helped.
Learned that my Aunt died (Dad’s sister) over a week ago and we’re just finding out.
Exhausted. Random hiccups. Stinging pins and needles pain through body. Left ear itchy horrible. Sinus congested. Cold. Low back hurts. Rt hip aches. Shoulders and neck hurts.

650 every fiber of my being is screaming pain. Nerves are stinging pins and needles. My muscles are stiff and throbbing. It feels like I’ve been badly beat up. Woke with both arms numbish.
Sinuses congested. Lips chapped. Eyes feel like sand in corners but nothings there. Neck hurts. Lft shoulder feel like it has crick in top. Indigestion much.

Dezirae and I went to store to get items needed for Christmas dinner tomorrow. Store crowded but I focused on items needed. Dezirae helped get items too. Legs feel like lead balloons.
Didn’t get too much done around house today. Takes long time to make bread.
I hurt so much it’s hard to move. Push as I can then have to rest a while.
Severe indigestion. I feel like I’m going to lose my cookies. Papaya. Gerd Rx. Nothing is helping..
I lost my cookies. I loathe vomiting. It hurts my whole body, drains me, acid from stomach burnt my esophagus. I feel miserable.
Thankful that Dezirae helped me wrap most of the gifts earlier. Just have a few left.
In bed I lay for couple hours fell asleep for little bit too.
