500 woken by extreme pain in abdomen. Constipation is unleashed. Ugh.
Feet freezing. Put socks on. Sinuses congested. Forgot to take lactaid pill drinking milk last night and 1/2 benadryl.
Jordon now sick. Gave him elderberry, C, zinc, and Tylenol Sinus.
Job 6-9; Matthew 7:7-8;
Took Jordon for covid testing. Results negative. I misunderstood the nurse thinking that he’d have an appointment afterwards. Signed in and sat. After an hour asked how much longer. Informed that he was considered walk in and would be fit in. Sat for three hours and couldn’t wait any longer. Needed to make it bank. While waiting about froze in lobby. It was so cold in the waiting room my legs turned white (like Raynaud’s) and I was shivering from the inside out.

906 extremely exhausted and wore out. Finally thawed out. Face and ears feel like they’re on fire. Legs are burning throbbing. Face is a little flushed.
1000 low back & rt hip throbbing immensely. Shoulders now burning.
1030 severe sharp pain in center of chest. Changed positions it eased a little.
Jan 6
Fought with covers most of night. Feel like I was beat up. Tired. Arms ache deeply. Low back throbbing. Nerves sting. Horrible headache.

Job 10-13; Philippians 4:4-9
Dezirae just went back to school today. Not sure if she’ll make it all day. She was emotional this morning. Misses being homeschooled. Prayed with her and told her to pray too. It might be because she’s still not feeling 100%. She said she would.
Washed few dishes, transferred filtered water to jugs, made tea, took niece Excedrin migraine and Sprite, sat and drank peppermint tea with Mom. Head pounding and wore out. Laying back down for a bit.
Once I woke back up, decided to change sheets on bed. Took me a while to do. Wore out and needed to sit.
Chose to work on transferring pics from phone to pc. Unable to find a cord that would allow transfer data. Decided to email pics from phone then download onto pc. Only can send few at a time. Frustrating.
Joe called. Asked about my day. Told him I was trying to get pics ready for church. Informed me that he didn’t need them until Sunday. Whew! Gives me a little more time and I have bad headache.
TBI person called. Told her summary of past few months. She said I’ve been through a lot. Asked me to call when we all get better so she can make a visit.
Not play piano tonight. Even singing hurts head. Headache worsening. Took 2 Excedrin migraine toward end of service.
Periodic sharp stabbing pain in lft shoulder. Nerves stinging thru body. Upper back shoulders sting and burn. Salt on popcorn stings throat. Hands swollen and throbbing. Low back aches and stings. Rt hip aches. Legs throbbing, stinging, and burning with tingling. Feet aches and tingle. Toes tingling.
I really need Dr to step up to plate to help figure how to help. Praying for God’s wisdom to ask right questions tomorrow.
Realized I forgot to take morning meds again. Not sure how many days I missed this week. Check bp – 127/90. Not bad but not good either.
Muscles twitching in lft abdomen and. Skin itchy.
Trying to remember a certain song and a different one pops in mind. Tears are a language. Not the one I’m trying to remember. Tired, but mind wide awake.
