650 exhausted. Headache that won’t let loose. It’s not a migraine, but could easily become one. Body stiff and achy. Body from waist down stinging needle pain. Both ears ringing. Skin sensitive. Nose hypersensitive – something smells off. It’s turning stomach.

Up to see Rae off for school. Make tea. Feed cat. Scoop liter box. Phew! Send get well and miss you cards to church people. I’m exhausted and need to rest.
Curious if I will begin to feel less nerve pain if I can get my parasympathetic nerve to calm down in body?

Need to take something for my headache but not sure what. Nothing seems to be helping. Taking low dose aspirin and drinking hot mocha.
Tingling chilly sensation in back of head traveling down to top of spine.
Decided to see if shower will help. Nope. I feel clean though. Down 5 lbs since Friday.
Headache won’t quite. Managed to get up and make dinner for when guys get home. Joe served me. Aww. Taking Tylenol Sinus for headache.

Trying the drinking water every 10 minutes for an hour or until headache eases.
Headache eased for little bit after an hour but didn’t last long.
Took leap of faith and ordered the present Dezirae wanted for her birthday. This morning I received an email that money would be deposited in my account for a item I sold on eBay last week which I forgot about. The amount deposited covered the amount of the present. Thank you, Lord!

Headache back on strong and now I need to use restroom a lot. I may have been dehydrated a little.
Taking migraine pill. Headache needs to quit. Ugh. Also took 1/2 benadryl and a ginger capsule.
Sinuses congested. Cough. Bad Headache. Eyes hurt. Sinuses hurt in face. Rt ear hurts. Neck hurts. Tired. Stinging needles pain but not as bad as hasbeen last few days. Legs ache. Tingling in lower left leg. Feet cold and tingling. Awful smell stuck in nose but can’t figure out what the smell is. Ugh. Indigestion.

Put socks on feet. Muscles in abdomen spasming) twitching. It feels really weird. Tired, but wide awake. Going to pray a while.

6:30 woke to sore throat. Whole body stiff and throbbing. Little dizzy. Exhausted. Nose itchy and stings. Migraine has eased. Joe now in bed with migraine. Ugh!
Sipping peppermint tea with honey to soothe throat. Trying to wake and gather thoughts. Coughing. Tired.

Refill ice cube trays, brew tea, wash load of towels and fold load of towels. Feeling drained and stinging all over. Feeling lightheaded and unstable in gait. Need to rest a while.
Job 32-34;
Transfer clothes. Fold load of laundry. Burn papers. Time to rest. Upper back and shoulders throbbing and sting as if I just did heavy work out.
Sharp stabbing pain lft shoulder.
Picked up Rae from school. Stopped at store for one item. Wore out by time I got home. Strange smell stuck in nose. Post nasal drip. Coughing up phlegm. Indigestion. Stinging needles in upper back. Low back hurts. Rt hip throbbing. Legs sting. Lower lft leg tourniquet tightening feeling with tingling to foot. Feet tingling and achy. Lips chapped. Thirsty. Tongue feels like it’s been sliced with razors. Throat hurts a little.
