621 very sleepy. Trouble falling asleep last night. Whole body stiff and stinging.

Up to help Rae study for her quizzes today. She almost forgot about packing a lunch so I helped her with that. Mom came in saying Tara needed something too. Thankfully, I had something in fridge I could give her.
Drank peppermint tea and ate a brownie. Not good idea. Few minutes later had some what is sinus attack. Sinuses instantly congested. Coughing.
Decided to take shower. Warm water felt good. Steam helped clear nasal passages. Able to get through three fourths way before arms fatigued out. Found it helps if I wash my hair in sink at a different time helps. Still fatigue easily afterwards but not as painful and can recoup quicker.
Feeling some better today. I think the stomach issue has passed.
Fatigued from shower. Body feels like I did rigorous workout. Arms throbbing and sting. Muscles in rt leg spasming and twitching. Legs burning and sting. Exhausted. Feet tingling. Arm muscles burning.
Put load of towels in washer.
Need to rest a while. Alarm set. Need to try to decorate some for Rae’s bday today. I have no clue, but I’ll come up with something.

Joe texted to ask how I was doing and what my pain level was. I told him a 7 and was resting until it eased up some.
Decided to try to find a Turtle pie for Dezirae’s bday dinner tonight. Took three stores to find it. In midst of travels, I heard my phone ding. I turned to get it out of my purse and my rt side quickly started cramping horribly. I about froze in my tracks it hurt so bad except I was driving. Ugh. Took a bit if wiggling to get it to ease.
While out, it started raining. After it had been raining a few minutes my pain started easing up a little.
Mom gave me a Harmoni Pendant for Christmas. I finally remembered to activate it and put it on. It’s supposed to help relax you, reduce general aches and pains, stiffness, improve sleep, etc. We’ll see what happens.
Jordon gave me a scare. He said his chest was hurting. I immediately thought costochondritis. Told him to stand up and touch floor. Still hurts.
I’m really sleepy. Whole body aches. Low back throbbing.

Woke from a deep sleep and a strange dream (I was sliding down a hill for first time. Someone was trying to push me and I got mad and told him to stop!) Woke to great pain and both arms numb and tingling. Ears ringing. I’m so tired I feel like I could sleep for a week.

Sinuses congested. Post nasal drip. Took morning meds and Tylenol sinus.
Rae an emotional mess this morning. She had tough day y’day overwhelmed with several quizzes in same day which caused her to have brain fog upon taking them which in turn she did poorly on quizzes. She did well when we reviewed at home before school. She did let her English teacher know. Then there was a mix up about a history test which she’s not ready for and feels like she’s going to fail it today. I did my best to reassure her that everything is going to be okay and prayed with her about it.
Received call from Joe that Jordon’s in extreme pain, needs Dr appointment, and I need to come pick him up. All of this is overwhelming me and stressing me out.
Dr says Jordon has costochondritis and he popped couple ribs out of place. Gave him exercises to strengthen muscles in upper chest.
Called Lowe’s to check on status of delivery. Told that they’ve had several cancellations and we were next in line so I had to hurry up and get to church.
90 minutes later and still no stove. Tried calling again to check to make sure I didn’t miss them. Only to get put on hold for 40 minutes and/or hung up on. I was livid!😡. Even asked for manager and got hung up on twice! Decided to talk with the Lord about it. Stove delivered around 1:20pm
Managed to weed half of one side of flower bed at church. Broke nail through gloves. Back throbbing immensely and it started raining so I had to stop. Worked on bulletin while resting back.
Once stove was delivered, I moved to SS bldg to sort homeschool library. Discovered we actually have a k4 bible curriculum we could use in nursery. Cool.
Joe called to let me know they were on their way to church. Asked if I rested yet. Told him not like I should. He suggested I go lay down for a while.
Once they arrived, Rae came and laid down next to me and talked my ear off while I was falling asleep. I could hear her but only answered in uh-huh or nu-huh.
Joe came in to let me know something. Rae told him I was asleep. Joe told her I could hear him and knew what he was saying. She didn’t agree. I wanted to giggle but didn’t cuz I was almost asleep. She said something then I replied in sentence context. Lol.
My feet are freezing. My body aches deeply and greatly. Nerves stinging. Rt hip throbbing. Low back throbbing.
Took night vitamins plus C and 1/2 benadryl. Also did nasal spray to help ease congestion.
