630 having hard time waking. Took long time to fall asleep due to the pain. Still in much pain but not as bad as last night. Pain level about a 6/7. I really don’t want to go to Dr apt this afternoon.

Today’s devotional is fitting because I’m petrified of seeing a new doctor today (Gyn). Those apts are always uncomfortable, but I’ll be by myself. I need to go because there’s a process in order to qualify for the voucher to get a mammogram to check out the lump in my left breast.
After shower, noticed I had voice mail and missed call. Received message that the Dr scheduled for today’s visit was sick and they needed to cancel my appointment. Instant relief. Whew.
Worked on monthly scripture calendar for blog. Did a chore off list. Brain is tired and arms and back burning and tingling. Need to rest a while.
Did another chore. Decided to make no bake cookies without peanut butter so my niece can eat them too. Exhausted. Need a nap.
1:37 feel crash oncoming
Woken at 1.59 by door bell. It’s a delivery. I lay back down to rest but can’t fall asleep.
900 feet are freezing . I’ve had socks on and under blanket for hours. Feet are now feeling like they have frost bite and are burning freezing.
1000 feet finally starting to warm up. Back now has icy tingling sensation.
1100 had to stay up waiting for washer to finish so I could get guys clothes in dryer. Chose to finish working on my scripture journal calendar. Fixed coffee pot for morning. Put cookies away. Straighten up kitchen a little. It’s done. I will figure out how to upload to blog in the morning.
Exhausted. Headache. Nerves burning tingling through body. Low back hurts. Hands throbbing. Neck hurts. Rt ear aches. Rt hip aches. Legs throbbing. Feet hurt and burning tingling. Toes still chilly. Body almost feels as if storms coming.
Took night vitamins plus C, 1/2 benadryl, and two Tylenol. Pain level about a 6

600 waking to much pain makes want to go back to sleep.

Decided to take out trash. While out decided to try to put broken hose in a garbage bag to throw out. Not such a good idea. Had much difficulty and caused me much pain.
Back inside got disgusted at the kitchen floor and decided to try to sweep and mop at least part of it. Unable to scrub like I used to. Floor is cleaner but not as clean as I’d like it. This too added to my pain. Whole body is screaming in burning, pins and needle, throbbing pain. I’m down for a while. Most of body is hot, but my feet are freezing ice cold. Need to put socks on feet to warm them.
Took Rae to Dr for what I thought was an immunization shot. Apparently I got my information wires crossed. She didn’t need the shot I thought she did. Yay. While there did annual wellness check up. All is well. Don’t have to go back unless she has a problem. Good news.
Back home. Exhausted. Company coming around 6:30. Need to take nap so I can be hospitable. Slept for hour or so.
Got up to help Rae with making dinner. It’s her night.
Exhausted. Whole body stinging needle throbbing pain. Irritated mood. Don’t feel like going to bed.
