Fully Connected

Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide   in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me  ye can do nothing. John 15:4-5

I recently woke to find that my phone had not charged during the night and was only on 4%. Upon investigation, I found that the charger was only partially plugged into the outlet.

This immediately made me think of the above verses and the thought, “If we are only partially connected to the Lord, we cannot receive all of His power.”

I wonder how many Christians are needlessly struggling because they are on the fence trying to balance between the world and all its luster and the Lord? We cannot serve two masters (Matthew 6:24).

If we want to experience the full power of the Lord’s hand on and in our lives, we must be fully connected to Him!
