I’m plumb exhausted. Every muscle in my body is throbbing immensely. I think preparing 6 freezer meals at one time is too much for this body. Low back & rt hip throbbing. Legs burning. Hands ache deeply. Back of lft heel throbbing as if I keep hitting a bruise, but I’m not hitting anything. Center of chest aches as if muscles overworked. Ribs hurt. Stomach feels bloated and cramping. Feet cold.

Cleaned under kitchen sink, canning homemade turkey bone broth, gathering questions to ask the doctor, work little more on planning VBS. Learned I can use my tablet to help. Yay!
Time to rest. Drink 8 oz of juice. Lunch break. Mid-day vitamins taken.
Decided to watch Hallmark “The Note” while eating lunch. It tells of a columnist discovering a note after a tragic plane crash. She sets on a quest to find for whom the note was intended. It forces her to face past tragedies in her own life and learn to forgive herself. There was a point in the movie that I lost it and broke down crying. The hymn came to mind “I wonder have I done my best for Jesus”?
Post question in my LS&ES support group asking… I have a question and am in need of some suggestions. My lightning strike will be 5 years ago in July. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. I recently read that damaged or broken DNA can occur in electrical injuries. I also read broken DNA can be a contributing factor to cancers. Has anyone else also been diagnosed with cancer post LS or ES?
I’m curious but nervous on the responses. I think if it hasn’t been studied it should be.
My pain increases. I’ve overdone it today. Need to take a nap. Pain level is 7/8. Nerves stinging and on fire. Muscles throbbing. Eyes watering. Hands throbbing.
Woke briefly to see Jordon had come to check on me. As he walked back out, I asked him what he needed. He was on phone as he sat on the bed. When he hung up, he plopped over to cuddle with me. This put a smile in my heart. I soaked it up and rubbed his back until I couldn’t. I cherish moments like this. Muscles in legs begin twitching.randomly.
The closer my appointment day comes it seems the more emotional my family is becoming. I’m even breaking down periodically. I have peace because I know my Lord will be with me all the way.

- Joe fix my chair. It’s old and part of the leg fell off yesterday evening.
Trying to get comfortable in bed and suddenly feel something poking my leg. It hurts. Feels like a pricker burr. I get out of bed and turn light on only to find nothing there. Ugh
