Growing in Grace

2 Peter 1:5-8 And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

We should seek to grow in grace and become more like Christ on a daily basis. No one accidentally becomes like Christ. If we desire to have our lives count for Christ, and we should, we need to apply God’s grace daily and seek to continually add to our spiritual maturity to keep from becoming stagnate and unfruitful Christians.

May your walk with the Lord (work of faith, labor of love, and patience of hope, 1 Thessalonians 1:3) be visible to everyone around you, and may it inspire others to grow more like Christ.

Praying you have a Sublime Sonday in the Lord on purpose. 🌞🌺

P.S. Thank you for faithfully serving the Lord. ❤️
