5:30 woke needing to use restroom. Mouth and nose dry. Swished water in mouth and drank some. In bathroom, swabbed inside nostrils with colloidal silver. Rt side stung instantly and began gushing blood. Trying to gasp for air some of the blood got in my mouth which made me gag and I immediately started puking except I missed the trash can and got it all over myself. Yuck! Managed to get nose to stop gushing and stop gaging in order to clean self up.
I have headache now – mild one but strong enough to know it’s there.
Low back throbbing. I’m so tired.
Tummy feels very empty.

6:30 sat up in bed to blow nose due to congestion and noticed my nausea patch coming off. I quickly said, Uh-oh. Joe asked what was wrong. I told him. He got out the medical tape and taped it back on my arm. Ugh! Bet they didn’t expect that to happen.
9:00 Joe texting me because Rae wants to help get VBS going. Finds we’re missing a banner. I’ll have to call on Tuesday and get them to refund us for the 2ns banner we didn’t get. Ugh.
Probably need to keep VBS receipts in folder on my desk until after VBS so if this happens again I can easily locate where item was ordered from. Frustrating, but we’ll work with what we have.
10:35 I’m exhausted and need to close my eyes for few minutes.
Able to get up and move around a little at a time today.
Rae helped me figure out what t-shirts went to whom and passed them out at church for me tonight.
6:00 I’m feeling odd. Energy what little I had is draining quickly. Chilled at inner core level. Socks on but feet are cold. I’m exhausted. Nose burning. Still have diarrhea, but have been able to keep foods down. Sore on side of tongue that burns. Positive note: I’ve not seen my tongue this pink since before the LS. Top front of mouth tingly. Whole body aches and little tingly. Periodic dizziness. Headache. Sneezing several times today.
Made enough juice for two days. Drank one today.
Ate a pudding but it tasted funny to me then shortly after I got a metallic chemical taste in my mouth which made me start gagging. Thought I was going to lose it. Thankfully able to drink water to change taste in my mouth.
Jordon brought home dinner from McD’s. He wasn’t sure what I could eat so he got me nuggets, fries, and sprite. I could only eat 3 nuggets, a few fries, and few sips of sprite. It tastes good at first but then began having chemical aftertaste. No beuno. Couldn’t eat anymore and offered rest to Jordon. Told Joe later out to eat no beuno anymore. Chemical taste is awful.
Get up to work on VBS stuff – print missionary story. Need to give to person doing it so they can get familiar with it.

As I am getting up I notice one of the Christmas beanies and decide to put it on thinking I can be the “Happy Elf” at Christmas. Decided to snap selfie and share with family to make them laugh. . No, I have not started losing my hair yet. Thank the Lord.
Brushed teeth and drinking water to try to get nasty taste out of mouth.
Thankful for
- Being able to hold food down
- Able to give simple gospel answer to my being a Christian today. Yay. Praying God gets glory.
- Able to get up for short periods of time to do things.
- The Lord’s mercies and that they are new every morning.
11:50 feels like sores in throat causing me to cough and gag. Throat hurts. Go to bathroom. Gag some more. Cough up phlegm. Nose slightly bloody. Take Rx for throat.
Go to add stuff to journal and notice some of stiff I’ve already written has been erased. Ugh! I add what I can remember. I’m exhausted and getting sleepy. I’ll try to figure it out tomorrow if I remember.
July 4
7:00 up and down most of night. Nose and mouth feel dried out. Up to use restroom. Nose starts bleeding and I start gaging. I’m wore out now. Drink water to moisten mouth. Sucking on vitamin C drop.

9:00 had trouble making oatmeal. It exploded in microwave. Had to do it again. Only able to eat 1/4 cup. I’m hurting and getting cranky. Don’t want to listen to Joe’s grilling meat video. Going to bed. Put music on phone to play and I crashed fast.
11:30 Joe came to check on me and ask what we were supposed to bring for our family picnic. Told him cheesecake. Him and Dez going to go get it.

12:20 right side of my throat is starting to hurt Worked on my scripture journaling calendar. Think I have verses picked out. Just need to put it all together now.
1:00 Joe and Dez home. Going to get up to eat some for lunch. Joe chose to play Redeemed Quartet videos for little bit. I enjoy that a lot better than dumb hunting videos any day. Able to eat a plain sandwich with pulled pork.
3:21 I’m exhausted and need to rest before dinner
4:00 going to parents for dinner. Sit with Dad for a bit. He asks how I’m doing. I tell him a little better. He asks if I can get in the sun. I tell him that with the patch I’m not supposed to. He said he was saying something because I look pale. I told him I actually look better than I had because I was white as ghost. He said, Oh.
5:30 actually able to eat dinner with family. Joe during dinner comments on all the weight I’ve been losing my hands feel dainty now. Could feel my energy draining quickly afterwards so I excused myself and Joe helped me back home. Back in bed to rest. Ate 2oz? steak, spoonful of homemade potato salad, 1/2 corn cut off cob, spoonful of watermelon, and 2 small cinnamon rolls with glass of purified water.
5:40 back in bed resting and listening to Redeemed Quartet music on Spotify.
7:40 woken by sound from phone. I’m still really tired, but need to get up a few hours. 8:30 My muscles feel really weak. Got up to use restroom and got winded. Had to stop and hold onto wall until it subsided before I could proceed.

11:30 able to carefully take my bedtime vitamins. Gargled with homemade miracle mouthwash to numb throat a little. Rt side hurts to swallow. Applied immune blend to feet. Bottom of feet are ashy, so I rubbed it in. Had to wash hands so the smell not near head nor accidentally get it in eyes. I’m feeling lethargic today. Happy though that I’m holding down foods and trots are slowly firming – only twice today and little at that. Progress is good. Eyes watery. Port area sore and occasional sharp stabbing pain. Occasional chest tightness but doesn’t last long. Muscles feel weak and achy. Feet hurt. Tired. Mouth periodic dry feeling. Periodic bloody nose during day, especially first thing in morning.

- Able to eat dinner with my family
- Family stepping up to help around house more
- Bro. Rick & Sis. Edith brought by a Boston Butt. Able to eat that on plain sandwich for lunch. I would’ve liked to add seasonings but I’m being cautious about that right now.
