7:00 up in middle of night to use restroom. Think I need to space out my fluids better. Listened to two songs a friend sent me last night to be an encouragement. I thanked her. Woke with headache and muscles burning every time I moved which kept waking me in night.

Able to empty dishwasher and put some of dishes away. Print VBS fliers.
10:30 Are breakfast. Finish July scripture journaling calendar and post to blog. Still having trouble with the runs. Ugh. Took medicine for it. Put clothes in Thredup bag. I’m exhausted from doing that.
11:00 going to bank to make deposit. Dropping off Thredup bag at post office. Get gas. Dez did driving. Wore out. Resting in recliner while eating lunch. Eyes watery. Need a nap.
1:50 laying down to rest. Listening to wholetones music. Need energy if I’m going to try to go to church tonight. Tried to take a nap, but kept getting woke up. Holly came for visit. She also folded load of clothes and put towels away. Phone rang – I didn’t answer it. Text messages. Ugh.
3:30 LF dropped off dinner for us tonight. She said that Chloe & Jenna wanted to make dinner for me. Chloe said she was bad in K3 and owed me the dinner. I laughed. I told Laura I remember Chloe being my favorite in K3. She was a handful, but I loved her. She may have been the youngest but she was the toughest and smartest.
4:20 almost time to leave for church. I’m exhausted so I’ll reserve and try to build up stamina to go to church on Sunday.
6:00 vision blurry. Eyes watery. Work on Cool Contest info sheet.
6:50 drink veggie juice. decided to eat dinner. Put on glasses because eyes still watery and burning. Slight headache. Dinner tasted pretty good. Rt side throat hurts so it’s difficult to swallow. Feet freezing. Covered up with thick blanket.

1:00 eyes are burning and watery. Slight headache. Rt side throat hurts. Hurts to swallow. Took bedtime vitamins. Muscles stinging in upper body. Arms and hands period tingling and going to sleep feeling. Have to adjust arms to get relief. Low back throbbing. Rt hip aches. Nerves stinging. Legs throbbing. Muscles burn when I move them or they feel like I’m stretching them. Feet throbbing. Heels dry and cracked. Thirsty. Lips chapped. Applied lip balm. Exhausted and tired. Alarm set. Did some journaling. Diffusing lavender oil again tonight. It seems to be helping my nose.

Lord please help me have a good sweet sleep tonight, and please lay Your healing hand upon my body. Help me to glorify Your name in all that I do. I love you, Lord, You’re everything to me.
July 8
6:00 actually slept pretty good. Woke to rt eye feeling swollen and hurting. Periodic pain in rt side of chest comes and goes. Headache. Rt side throat hurts. Hurts to swallow. Lights bothersome. Muscles burn especially when I move. Sinuses slightly congested. Rt ear hurts.

fell back asleep bc Joe decided to massage head. It helped ease my headache. Muscles in back have stinging freezing sensation. Rt side throat still hurts. Drinking hot peppermint tea with honey.
10:00 my hair is beginning to fall out – not a lot at a time, but more than normal is coming when I pick my hair. Makes me want to cry. I might be bald for my birthday . I tell Joe. He gives me a hug and tells me to go ahead and cry. I decide to wash my hair in sink so it’ll feel clean for Dr appt. Decided to take patch off since it’s been a week. Turned to left to pull it off arm and my rt side of chest starts cramping fiercely. Ugh. I walk down hallway and ask Joe for help. He obliges.
11:00 appt time. During blood draw my vein decides to stop giving blood on last vial. She was able to get just enough. Able to share testimony of how God gave me three children when I wasn’t supposed to be able to have any. Shani qua praised God with me. That blesses my heart. BP 110/69 pulse 84 weight 184 Blood work looks good. My WBC is elevated just as they want it so the Neulasta is doing its job. I’m good to go for my 2nd chemotherapy treatment next Friday. Asked if I had bone pain. I told her yes very next day. Told her I could only take the Claritin for 3 days instead of 5 because of severe bloody nose. She notated it. Mentioned concern about the histamine drying my nose out too much causing bloody nose. She suggested vasoline just inside nostrils. I told her I was doing that plus colloidal silver spray and saline spray. She seems pleased that I was trying to help myself.
1200 Joe heated up leftovers for Dez and I then made himself some eggs. I’m working on typing up the Games for week of VBS
1:00 Dez off to pick up items needs for decorating for VBS. She’s my assistant . She’s helping the ladies start to decorate for VBS tomorrow. They’re going to start on the tree tomorrow.
1:25 got two days of games typed up. I’m exhausted so I’m going to go rest for a bit. Ears ringing. Rt eye still hurts.

4:00 a friend dropped off dinner for us. Lasagna, rolls, salad, fruit, dessert, and sweet tea. It was delicious! I enjoyed being able to eat it. Able to type up third game day. Had to step away from computer as my eyes started hurting and burning. Able to help Dez cut out some strips for the koala tree.
9:30 I’m exhausted and hurting all over. Bedtime vitamins taken.
