1:18 guys made it safe. AAA service will tie vehicle to our house. Not sure when they’ll be arriving. Joe’s supposed to let me know. Need to try to get some sleep.
8:45 rough night. Up about every 2 hours with severe stomach cramping and diarrhea. I’m exhausted. Joe called. Waiting on the tow truck to come and then they’ll be on their way home. Thankfully, AAA is allowing us to use our service to have their car towed. Lord, please provide extra protection and keep them safe on the way home and that it will be an inexpensive, easy fix.
9:42 feel need to blow nose. Lft nostril very bloody. Pinch nose for two minutes to get it to slow.
12:29 able to go with Dezirae school shopping. Had to use wheelchair so not to drain myself too much. We did good even with adding couple of needed items. Had to make trip to bathroom while there. I’m exhausted and ready to go home. I noticed that I was stared at a lot going through the store, but no one said anything. They either had puzzled looks or smiled. I didn’t mind. On our way out a lady asked if she could follow us out so she could get the wheelchair, we told her that we were planning on leaving it in the store. She was very appreciative. Top of my tongue feels like someone scraped the top layer off. Ouch.
1:47 Joe, the gang, and car are finally on their way. It’ll be closer to 5pm when they get home. Frustrating.
2:50 I’m exhausted. Falling asleep in chair in living room. Was watching a Hallmark movie “November Christmas”. Had me in tears. I’m freezing even under covers. Tummy hurts. Low back & rt side hurts.
4:30 Joe, Jordon, Jakob, and Bri just got back to the house.
5:00 Tow truck finally shows up with car. Joe the guys need to diagnose and fix car. Making dinner. Everyone will have to eat in shifts as they are able.
6:00 I need to force myself to take Dezirae to piano lesson tonight as guys are trying to fix car.
Praises:
- AAA roadside assistance allowed us to use our service to have their car towed back home. Tow was included in our membership.
- Car had a bad break caliper. The guys were able to get the part and change it. Part cost less than $100.
- Jakob and Brianna are safe. They plan on attempting to travel home to KY tomorrow.
- Joe and Jordon are home safe as well. They will be returning to work tomorrow.
- I’m still having bowel issues, but I was able to eat lunch and dinner today and it tasted good. Thank you for your prayers. I truly appreciate them.
10:00 just realized I hadn’t done my scripture journaling today
Psalms 119:105 Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.
The Bible not only reveals God’s will to us but also illuminates our road in the dark so that we might pursue the right path and avoid the wrong one. Thankful that even though things sometimes don’t seem to go the way we planned, God is always directing our paths and looking out for our safety, if we are willing to listen and follow His leading.
I’m exhausted from today’s events. Tongue hurts. Top layer feels like it’s been scrapped off and very end of tongue feels like it has a paper cut. Headache. Bloody nose. Stayed slightly bloody all day. Thirsty,but did manage to drink 100 oz today. Whole body aches. Bones ache deeply. Nerves stinging slightly. Periodic tingling and numbness in arms, hands, legs, and feet. Periods of feeling very cold and had to put layers on. Feet cold off and on. Had socks on most of day. Lower left back and right hip throbbing. Periodic muscles cramping. Lasted few minutes and then would subside.

3:30 woke to use restroom. Head is pounding. Laying in bed my heart feels like it’s beating through my chest. I can feel my heartbeat in my left palm. Deep breathing for a while. It makes me yawn, but heart still pounding.

Pulse 78; BP 115/75 4:50 took Tylenol sinus for my headache. Sinus pressure on face. Heart palpitations lasted about 45 minutes.

Playing wholetones music. Fell back asleep around 6:30. Woke around 8:20. Still very tired. Need to get up to see Jakob and Bri off.
Neck hurts. Thirsty. Pain in arms, upper shoulders, hands, legs, and feet. Nose slightly bloody.

it’s raining outside. I’m getting tired of all this rain.
9:25 Joe told me to call Dr due to continued diarrhea. Dr called. Waiting return call from nurse.
12:30 still no call. Called back. Receptionist informed me that the nurse would call me back after clinics. What ever that means? Asked when that would be. She said after 4pm.
2:40 recvd call from Bri. Their car is acting up again. Look like we’re going to have to go rescue them again. They need their car fixed. Ugh. I’ve not been feeling too good today. Lethargic. Thirsty. Headache. No didn’t call until 5:01. Too late to get fluids today. Had to go thru protocol of answering questions and explaining what I’ve done. Told her I felt like they didn’t care about me. She asked more questions to which I got confused and wasn’t sure how to answer. Told her I’d have to call my husband and ask them call back.
Called back and got answering service. Ugh. Had to go thru protocol questions again. I started crying. I apologized to guy bcuz I was upset and I knew it wasn’t his fault. Explained situation and that I felt I was being neglected. He flagged my call as emergency. Less than 20 minutes later another NP calling me back. Asked if I talked with NP Renee earlier. Told her Yes. She informed that she has already put notes in my file that I needed to talk with my husband and would call back to confirm apt in morning to get fluids.
6:30 kids helped cook dinner. The hamburger zucchini skillet was bland but that was okay with me. Biscuits tasted good. I just can’t push myself anymore. I feel so lethargic and drained. Mom brought me some ice chips and shared blessing of beds for the boys.
7:20 decided to go to bed because I felt crash oncoming. Dezirae followed me and sat with me for a bit. Fell asleep until 8:30. Tired. Muscles feel like they’re all twitching on inside. Very thirsty. Lethargic and feel drained. Headache. Nerves stinging slightly throughout body. Muscles ache.
Thankful for… 1. God kept Jakob and Bri safe today 2. Jordon’s interview went well and Gid kept him safe 3. Able to get Dezirae’s school shoes ordered 4. Joe still thinks I’m beautiful
