7:00 woke twice in the night to use restroom. It’s been 12 hours since a bowel run. That’s good, but my tummy is starting to hurt which means a run is coming soon.
Joe decided to rub my back with essential oils to ease pain. I have a headache and my chest aches. Heart pounding hard. Realized that I hadn’t taken my BP med since 8/7.

Fell asleep listening to Adventures in Odyssey.
Didn’t realize I was that tired. Heart rate has slowed. Headache.
I’m not feeling well today. Joe forced me to drink chicken broth for lunch. Tummy starts hurting about thirty minutes later and I have to run to bathroom.
Worked on planning meals for coming week. Dezirae is going to take me to store to grocery shop. No wheelchair available and had to wait for shopping cart. Had to make pit stop at bathroom. Whew! Dezirae helped me shop but was leary about leaving me alone. I went real slow and had shopping list by meals instead of aisles and got quickly confused as to where things were located. Had to stop and take several breaks to catch breath and regroup. Got shopping done, but very tired and weak feeling. Took us two hours. Got my exercise in for the day. Bought an almond joy and coconut flaked donuts. Shared Dezirae’s drink. Hoping the coconut will help stop the bowel issues. Couldn’t believe how good the cherry coke tasted to me. I haven’t had a soda in months.
Put cold food away once home. I’m done for the night. Need to force myself to eat dinner.
Sinuses running down back of throat. Thinking I might need to taking antihistamine for couple days. Having trouble with bloody noses today.
Have severe indigestion that is making me sick to my stomach. Took Dexliant. Not working. Eating some yogurt. I think it’s going to be a long night.
11:59 lost my cookies. Yuck. Tummy feels little better. Took night vitamins plus 1/2 benadryl, Pepto, pain rx, and colloidal silver.

- Jordon received a few pkgs today that were items to help him for college.
August 14
12:35 quite miserable at the moment. Headache. Whole body throbbing from neck to toes. Center of chest hurts. Heart pounding as if I just tried to walk half a mile. Nasty, salty, metallic taste in mouth. Stomach feels bloated and hurts. Nerves stinging. Eyes itchy. Sinuses congested. Ears hurt. Tired but pain is keeping me awake.
7:30 I’m exhausted and hurting from head to toes. Belly button itches like crazy and the red area is larger suppose I need to report that to my Dr as well. Stomach aches but not like before bed. Headache.
Strange dreams (visiting a friend’s farm. She’s showing us her animals. I look into the rabbit pen. The baby rabbits are so cute. I ask if it’s okay to pet them. Given permission. Stoop down to pet baby rabbits and I see the face of a baby gorilla. It startles me. My friend asks what’s the matter. I tell her what I thought I saw. She said that’s absurd. She comes over to investigate and sure enough there’s a momma gorilla sleeping under all the rabbits with her baby gorilla. I didn’t see the momma gorilla before. There’s so many rabbits. They’re not the average sized gorillas. It’s like they’re miniature or dwarf size. She gently wakes momma gorilla and tells her that’s not her pen. Baby gorilla laughs at us. They both get up and waddle away. Baby gorilla is a little bigger than the baby rabbits.)

Still have the runs. If the Lomotil isn’t working why should I keep taking it? There has to be something that can help. I’m tired of being sick. I desire to be at church where I belong especially on the Lord’s day. Joe tries to encourage me by reminding me that I only have two more months.
Revelation 3:19-20
Decide to go make some carrot juice. If carrots are supposed to help with diarrhea then by reasonable deduction shouldn’t carrot juice help too? We’ll see.
Hamburger in crockpot to brown. It’ll take couple hours. Sprinkled little baking soda on top. It helps alkaline the meat and tenderize. I don’t understand the science I just like the results. Browning meat in crockpot helps me not have to stand over it especially when I don’t have the energy.
Back to bed I go.
Jeremiah 30-31

Belly button itches more. Checked it out. Redness area is larger today. Trying research what to do but not finding anything.

Left side of stomach started itching about an hour ago. I didn’t think much of it until getting ready for bed. Part of the skin on my stomach is red now too. Whatever is in my bellybutton is spreading. Definitely need to call Dr in am. Ugh.
Whole body aches. Cold. Stomach hurts. Belly button itches. Low back throbbing. Rt hip aches deeply. Lower left leg tourniquet tightening feeling with some tingling. Feet freezing. Taste bitter metallic taste in mouth. Swished with Biotene. Night vitamins taken plus 1/2 tab benadryl. Stomach cramping, feels bloated. Diarrhea. Corner of left eye hurts. Headache. Center of chest hurts.
Managed to fold two loads clothes. Wash a load of towels. Sort socks. Darn a few socks to mate. Unload dishwasher. Ate lunch.

I’m not ready for Dezirae to be a Senior in High School, but I’m thankful she has the opportunity to go to Christian school. I really unable to teach this year with being sick and all.
