6:30 woke from odd dream
Arms and hands numbish and tingling. Turn in bed to help ease. Instant headache. Muscles in left lower back behind twitching. Bad taste in mouth. Dry mouth. Thirsty. Eyes watery. Lights bothersome. Use restroom. Trouble emptying bladder. Whole body stiff and throbbing. Nerves stinging.

Enjoyed being in church today. Took short nap after lunch while listening to wholetones music. Jordon took me to run errands for church. Set up for college send off fellowship.
August 22
6:50 I’m utterly exhausted. Did way too much yesterday and my body if feeling it today. It felt really good to be able to do all that though.
Went to bed around 9:30 last night. Body starting to feel it last night as I nestled into bed. Body stiff and throbbing. Headache.

Morning mtg with Jordon’s Academic Advisor didn’t happen…not sure what happened. Called Admissions. They gave me an alternate route. Email sent. Waiting response.
Balanced check book from weekend. Load clothes folded and put away. Load in washer. Trying to hang calendar in kitchen. Cannot find hooks. Looked in laundry room area to no avail. Wore out and exhausted. Need to lie down a little. Headache stronger.
Recvd email from Advisor. Schedule messed up now. Up. This computer registration is so frustrating. Reply sent.
11:53 Advisor called Jordon. I explained situation. He was more than understanding and willing to work with us. Gave some suggestions. Class schedule fixed and registered. Thank you, Lord.
1:00 met a Mr and Mrs Yeti in Walmart. He asked to see my shirt. It says “I have Jesus in my heart”. I told him that when I was diagnosed with cancer I asked my husband for Christian t-shirts so I can be a walking billboard. It led to a conversation about cancer. He is a cancer survivor (Agent orange). Drs were going to give up on him. Told eight years ago that he had 3 weeks to live. Cancer was to bone and eating his skin. He went to different hospital and ended up having heart surgery. He’s a walking miracle.
Mr Yeti and his wife asked to pray for me. I told them yes. Ended up having a prayer meeting in the main aisle.
Had his cancer treatments at Springhill. Told me radiation doesn’t have near the side effects as chemo. He said he could tell I saw a strong person and to keep hanging in their bcuz God can heal you. Also able to tell them a little about being struck by lightning. They said, “Wow! You are lucky”. I quickly replied, “I am blessed”. He said, “God sure has His hand on you”. I agreed, “Yes, He does”.
Jordon treated me to lunch at Chick-FIL-A. A customer stopped to chat with Jordon. He asked if I was his mom. I told him yes. He told me that he and his church was praying for me. Several of Jordon’s coworkers said hello and that it was good to see me. The owner came out from behind counter. Introduced himself. Chatted with Jordon. Shook my hand and asked how I was doing. Told him that I was okay because this is my good week. He smiled told me to keep him posted and get well. Said he was praying for me.
Encouraging couple of events.
Home in time to rest for 40 minutes then need to go pick up Dez from school.
I’m so exhausted. Decided to lay back down once back home. I need sleep.
Getting ready for bed Jakob called. Needed advice. Bri still in a lot of pain. Gave some suggestions that might help. Prayed with him. If they need to go to ER will wait until morning. Monday’s are bad for ER visits. God please lay your healing hand upon my DIL. Give wisdom where needed.
Pain in great throughout body. Exhausted. Wore out. Nerves stinging throughout. Headache.
