If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. — 1 John 1:9
God never asks us to carry guilt we were never meant to hold. When we come to Him honestly—no hiding, no pretending—He meets us with faithfulness, not rejection. His forgiveness isn’t uncertain or partial. It’s complete.
Notice it says He will not only forgive, but also ‘cleanse’. That means He washes away the stain, the weight, and the shame. What once burdened your heart no longer defines you.
Today, don’t stay stuck in regret. Bring it to Him. Confess it, release it, and receive His mercy. He is faithful—every single time.
