Be Ye Thankful
Jesus – Redeemer
Jesus – Redeemer
Job had a personal relationship with the Redeemer. Though Job had lost much, he never lost hope in God. He had the assurance that no matter what happened to him on earth one day he would be united with Christ in Heaven.
Job had no idea why his life was falling apart. His faith in Christ was firm and he was confident that his Redeemer would deliver him. He believed in a living Redeemer and looked forward for the blessed hope that and the glorious appearing of Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13).
Jesus – King of Kings
Jesus – King of Kings
1 Timothy 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
In ancient East countries, the title of king was representing of deity on earth. This title was given to earthly kings to denote the size of their kingdom. Only Jesus Christ can claim to be King of Kings throughout the universe. As King of Kings, He has supreme authority and power, and there can be no one greater than Him.
Looking forward to the blessed hope of His appearance.
Praying you have a glorious day!🎄
For My Good

Romans 8:28 – And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
What a glorious assurance that He who was willing to sacrifice His life for mine will have my best interest at heart. Thus, I must learn to trust that whatever He allows to come into my life will purposefully work out for His glory and my good.
Having this knowledge should spur us to be kind, be strong, and stand courageously against the wiles of the evil one. This should also encourage our faith and hope that God’s ways are perfect.
Praying you have a fantastic Friday!🍁🍂
Something Beautiful

But now, O Lord, thou art our father; we are the clay, and thou our potter; and we all are the work of thy hand. Isaiah 64:8
“I will serve Thee because I love Thee
You have given life to me.
I was nothing before You found me,
You have given life to me.
Chorus:
Heartaches, broken pieces,
Ruined lives are why You died on Calvary.
Your touch was what I longed for,
You have given life to me.”
It’s amazing to think that God has the power to put back together the broken pieces of our lives. We are the clay and He is the Potter. Clay when placed in the Potter’s hand can be formed into something wonderful and new.
Our heartaches don’t have to mean the end of hope. We just need to place our trust in Him and allow Him to work in and through our lives. He will take our broken pieces and form them into something beautiful in His time.

Faith

KJV Dictionary defines faith as the “Belief; the assent of the mind to the truth of what is declared by another, resting on his authority and veracity, without other evidence; the judgment that what another states or testifies is the truth. I have strong faith or no faith in the testimony of a witness, or in what a historian narrates.”
Webster Dictionary Defines faith as the “belief and trust in and loyalty to God; belief in the traditional doctrines of a religion.”
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Hebrews 11:1
Faith is a vital part of our relationship with God. Through faith, we have eternal life. Without faith we cannot please God.
Faith through the Holy Spirit will help the truth to be received. Faith is the firm persuasion and belief that God will perform all He has promised.
Faith goes beyond the physical senses. We cannot hear, smell, see, taste, or touch it. Faith allows us to believe that a God that we cannot currently see can do what seems humanly impossible. Therefore, our faith grows spiritually rather than physically.
Faith trusts that when we cannot see God working we can have the confidence that no matter what our situation may be God is working on it for our good and His glory.

Goodness
“But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith,” Galatians 5:22
Webster defines Goodness as the state of being good the physical qualities which constitute value, excellence, or perfection; as the goodness of timber; the goodness of soil. 1. The moral qualities which constitute Christians excellence; moral virtue; religion.
Easton’s Bible Dictionary defines Goodness as In man is not a mere passive quality, but the deliberate preference of right to wrong, the firm and persistent resistance of all moral evil, and the choosing and following of all moral good.
The word good appears 720 times in the Bible. Goodness appears 51 times. God is good. It pleases Him to bestow goodness on His people.
Matthew 7:11 tells us that every good tree bringeth forth good fruit. In order for goodness of God to overflow in our lives, goodness must abound in our hearts (Matthew 6:45).
If I am controlled by the Holy Spirit, I will do good unto others hoping for nothing again (Luke 6:35).
Whatever your occupation in life, God intends us to display goodness to those around us. Galatians 6:10 tells us that we are to do good unto all men, especially unto them that are of the household of faith.
Goodness is kindness in action. It has been said that “kindness is a language the deaf can hear and the blind can see”. It is allowing God’s Spirit to work through you to be of help and bring a bit of hope and happiness to others.
Goodness is simply a heart that works at meeting the needs of others.
My Anchor Holds

Hebrews 6:19-20
Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;
Whither the forerunner is for us entered, even Jesus, made an high priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.
Thankful that my anchor is in Christ Jesus. He alone can keep me safe in the midst of stormy weather.
🎶”Will your anchor hold in the storms of life,
When the clouds unfold their wings of strife?
When the strong tides lift, and the cables strain,
Will your anchor drift or firm remain? We have an anchor that keeps the soul
Stedfast and sure while the billows roll,
Fastened to the Rock which cannot move,
Grounded firm and deep in the Savior’s love.”🎶
