Rt hip aches. Head hurts. Extreme pain in right foot and leg. Exhausted.

Rt side of face swollen/allergies. Rt eye slightly droopy. Rt hip throbbing. Got flusterd trying to get ready for church. Brain foggy/vision feels blurry. Eyes twitching.
