550a woke to arms and legs feeling like they’re so swollen they would explode. Whole body stiff and achy. Exhausted.

Have bad headache. It feels like a vice grip is squeezing top of my head.
Important counseling Mtg after church took longer than expected. A church family asked if they could just hang out with us at church today. Fed a family lunch. I had gutt feeling I needed to add to lunch today. God made it stretch to feed everyone plus leftovers I’ll share with another church member.
Feel crash incoming. Laid down to take nap in nursery for about an hour. Ribs feel like their poking thru my skin. Hurts horribly. Hard to get comfortable. Feel like I could sleep longer.
Worked on planning meals for week using Pinterest. Started working on planning VBS details.

Top of left foot itches horribly with stinging and burning pain! Low back rt hip throbbing.
Skin extra sensitive. Applied pain rub to top of foot. Whole body stiff and burning aching. Hands swollen and throbbing. Sinuses congested. Tongue feels weird. Dry mouth and thirsty.
Want to work on repainting inside home. Looking for info on how to make our home look larger and more inviting instead of claustrophobic.
