July 30

Woke with a little energy. Decided to tackle finishing up planning school work for upcoming year. Discovered I don’t even have all the books yet. Asked God for help. Gotta get on top of this. I’m so way behind. School is suppose to start in 3 weeks.

It takes me all day just to figure out English for Jordon. I don’t have all his books. Find them one used books site but having difficulty adding book to cart. Call place. Lady takes order over phone & gives me free shipping for letting her know. Yay for me!

Joe text saying he got call that missionary will be with us tonight. Only showing slides & presenting ministry. I assume it’s just a man. Mission house not ready. Joe told him so. He has place to stay. Whew!

300p time to get ready for church. My brain is swirling and pounding from concentrating and trying to figure school out. Tired and need a nap. Oops. Forgot to take morning meds. Maybe b12 will help.

Stuck in brain that I need to go to store but I can’t remember what ever for. Forgot stupid masks so can’t go to store. 1/2 way to church I remembered I really needed to go to Dr office to pick up my Gerd rx. Don’t have mask can’t go there either. Ugh! Will have to go tomorrow.

Received call that Lawana ended up at ER last night. I was asked to bring her lunches for next couple of days. Also, think about us sitting with her couple hours every other day or so. Said I’d have to check with Joe. I don’t mind but with school starting and only one working vehicle I’m not sure how it’ll work. God I need You to supply a vehicle soon.

3/4 way to church I realize I forgot to pack bread for the sandwiches. Ugh. Ask to stop at store near church. Grab loaf of bread. Now to figure out what to use hoagie rolls for.

Once at church, discover one of a/C units quit working. Let Joe know. He calls a/C guy. Will come out tomorrow. In meantime get fans going and window units in fellowship hall blowing.

We have 28 in church tonight. PtL! 9 visitors with 3 of them being return visitors. Yay! Dezirae & I in nursery tonight.

On way home, Joe let me know that the buddy he asked for the eo pain roller for said thank you and he really appreciated it. It was working good for him.

Pain was about a 5 most of day. Indigestion. Headache. Skin itchy & sensitive (hair feels like needles poking me when it touches my skin). Brain foggy after trying to focus on school plans. Never really stayed focus on one thing kept jumping to other things when I thought of them jumped to do them too. (Filter water, straighten house, put random things where they belong, unpack some more, put clothes awsy, ice, sweet tea – started but had Rae finish making it). Low back throbbing. Lower lft leg slight tourniquet tight9 feeling. Toes tingly. Sinus congestion. Lips parched. Didn’t drink enough fluids today. I can feel it.

July 31

800 A/C guy called asking to meet us at church. Yay! I go to take down bulletin board. Have no clue what putting up next but I like to keep them guessing.

Tripped over Joe’s shoes in closet and hit my knee against crate. Instant bruise

900 found I walk better bare foot. In some strange fashion it helps me keep my balance better.

July 27

800a woke in much pain. Feel like I tried to compete in a 5k race or triathlon and hurt myself. Calves are throbbing intensely. Hurts to move. Just need a little more rest.

900 Need to get moving. Read Kings 16-20. Hezekiah asks for healing & a sign that God will answer him. My Lord knows the way thru the wilderness. All I have to do is believe and follow.

1050 washer giving me fits. It doesn’t want to stay going. Have to keep prodding it to keep going. Taking almost 2 hours for 1st load. Ugh!

I’m exhausted already. Need to rest. Have lots to do but it’ll be at a snail’s pace. Mins wants to go fast but body is refusing

730 I’m exhausted and hurting all over but not as bad as yday. Read Psalm 87-89.

800 got up. Realized our house looks like hurricane hit it. Tongue hurts more than my body.

1000 trip to store to get meat and few items for house. Wore me out. Lethargic. Raining off and on all day.

1115 tongue pain made it difficult to eat today. Indigestion. Ate a ginger chew. Timmy hurts plus cycle pain as well. Overall pain was a 6/7 today. Back to swishing with mom & liquid Benadryl to ease tongue pain. It feels like I bit a large chunk out of the lft side but instead there’s a large sore that hurts to touch.

Whole body throbbing. Headache. Tired. Lower lft leg tourniquet tightening feeling.

July 29

530 whole body throbbing. Joe rubbing back feels so good.

630 I so miss having my own car. Took Joe to work to have car today. My leg throbbing and spasming from driving home (first time in over a week). Feet freezing making my whole body cold. Need socks. Back in bed under all the covers to warm up. Headache intensifying.

800 didn’t mean to sleep that long. Thought I only hit snooze couple of times must have accidentally hit off. Headache eased and I’m warmed up.

Dezirae & I to help at Lawana’s today. Not sure what I’ll be able to do…no energy

830 going to bed early. Trouble keeping eyes open. Need to get more B complex vitamins. They help my energy source.

920 Joe asked for the sleepy time diffuser blend. Also gave him some sleepy lotion.

Night meds taken (out of tumeric). Making a list. Took naproxen for pain. I’m so over being in pain all the time, but we figured I’d be down several days after vacation.

July 25

650 low back throbbing, exhausted, tummy hurts, body stiff and achy, back is throbbing. Sinuses congested. Slight headache. Horrible indigestion. I’m over the indigestion.

943 pit stop at Chattahoochee National Forest – mini haha & the gorge – Tallulah waterfalls

130 I made it thru the trails suspension bridge and all. I was stuck in middle of suspension bridge for a bit…as I was trying to take photo a group started walking across and one of their girls thought it’d be funny to shake the bridge. I almost dropped my phone over the ledge. Thankfully I caught it against my chest. My legs began wobbling like jelly and I froze afraid to fall. Jordon came back to help me across rest of way. Made it to bench and had to sit a while.  Oh the sights are gorgeous!

Half way up the other side I was trying to psych my brain out that I wasn’t hearing thunder in the distant but Joe threw that out into the water by asking me if I heard the thunder. Ugh! Nerves immediately started tingling. Told him to change subject it’s like a PTSD effect or something I have to work thru.

Laying down to rest before the birthday party tonight. Thundering now even makes my nerves tingle and cringe in fear. Heart racing, out of breath. That’s the most steps I climbed in over 3 years. Huge accomplishment.

Lightning flashed close by and I shrivel in fear and want to cry. I’m so tired. Need to rest a piece.

July 26

Woke sometime in middle of night. Had trouble going back to sleep so I decided to pray. Prayed for a while before falling back to sleep.

Woke back up around 5pm.  My legs are throbbing! My entire body stings. Had to have help down the stairs bc I almost fell. Legs wobbling like jelly and giving out. Tushy throbs. Hands throbbing. Headache minimal.

1035 made it home safely. Enjoyed our vacation even though I’m in extreme pain now. Night meds taken, sleepy time lotion applied to legs and hands. Naproxen taken.

Headache & my whole body is intensely throbbing. Sweet dreams. I’ll deal with washing clothes and unpacking tomorrow. Kids can help too. Tongue tingly. Rt ear Rand for few minutes once back in mobile county.

July 23

900 decided to check out Gatlinberg today. Candy Kitchen. Watched them use old fashion machine to make taffy.  Gem Mine. Strolled little town checking out different attractions and shops.

230 Aquarium couldn’t handle the automatic sidewalk caused my nerves to spidey tingle and get a little dizzy.

430 having trouble finding the ginger chews. No one knows about them either. Strange. Checked stores from Sevierville to Gatlinburg.

Thunderstorms off and on thru area today but God kept the thunder & lightning away from us.

Dinner at a Hidden Restaurant. Played in arcade for little bit. Swam in lazy River for almost hour. Back in room around 8:30p. I’m exhausted and hurting.

July 24

530 woke from nightmare to sound of dripping from rain then distance thunder. Get up to use restroom my whole body throbbing.

800 I hurt all over and feel like I’ve been beat up. Don’t want to get up. Nauceous. Took ginger, no rx, migraine rx, & Tylenol sinus. Meeting a Pastor’s family for lunch.

1115 calves are throbbing.

130 meeting Berge family for lunch at Cheddars.

230 decided to let kids go play at arcade (laser tag, mini golf, ) while us adults went over to TGIF for dessert. They’re basically doing what we’re doing – revitalizing a church.

500 bloody nose. Haven’t had one of them in while. Felt it oncoming. Got weak all a sudden like the strength being drained from me. Then gush. Pinched nose for two minutes.

813 overnight pit stop in Clarksville, GA. Burges are feeding us breakfast for dinner.

1038 I’m exhausted and hurting head to toe. Head hurts. Neck aches. Sinus congested. Low back throbbing. Feet throbbing and cold. Took naproxen. Tummy hurts

 

July 22

634 woke to sound of glass breaking or ice bucket being dumped. Arms and upper body hurt. Tummy muscles randomly spasming.

800 I’m exhausted and sleepy. Both arms numb and tingly.

Decided to check out Cades Cove this morning. However, the road is closed to motor vehicles on Wednesday. Very surprised at all the people doing the same.

Thankful for the wheelchair to help when necessary. Chose to see how far we could walk. Multiple stops but we’ll worth the scenery.

At late lunch/early dinner at Golden Coral on way back to hotel. It was kind of weird not being able to touch utensils to serve self. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Resting a while before next activity. I’6 in soooo much pain. Using heating pad on mid & lock back right now to ease the cramping.

Church at Freedom Baptist. Heavy traffic caused us to arrive 10 minutes late. Song service must have already done. Taking prayer requests when we came in. Strange seeing people with face masks inside. This covid junk is throwing everything off. Sad to see even Christians living in fear. They wouldn’t even shake our hands. Some came to say hi and glad we came but kept their distance. Makes me miss our church back home. Hugs are important too.

Back at hotel Joe took me on stroll to find himself a cup of coffee. Treated me to sweet tea and piece of cheesecake. Sweet.

Whole body hurts. Center of chest throbbing. Rt eye hurts. Feet freezing. Bad headache. Hands throbbing & stinging. Skin hypersensitive. Eyes watery. Tummy feels bloated. Rt hip hurts. Feet tingly throbbing. Tummy hurts. Back throbbing and cramping. Praying I’ll sleep good for little while anyways.

July 21

1235a I’m still wide awake and in much pain from head to toe. Had to take 2 runs for indigestion. Forgot to pick up my prescription refill for gerd rx so ginger capsules or tums it is this week.

Thunder seems to have eased thankfully. Need to try to get some rest.

 

800 first woke around 3am then 630a. Tummy hurts but not nauceous as yday. Tired. Whole body sore like I was beat up, but not bad as I thought it would.

Went to pancake house (I’ll fill in name later as it escapes me for now) for brunch. Really enjoyed the food, service, & fellowship with our neighbor foodies. One couple from Florida & the other from Southern Ohio.

Morning activity was mining gems at the Little River Gem Mine. Found some very pretty gems. We also went to Antique Shop next door. Some amazing finds. Found you that Jakob had when he was little. It was made year he was born. Took pictures.

Want to make photo album when I get home to help me preserve memories.

We then stopped at an ice cream shop. Jakob got a brownie milkshake, Jordon & Dezirae got an ice cream cone. Joe & I just got Sprite. My tummy has been quite tore up since yday morning. Haven’t been able to eat much without it causing issues (tummy pain, bloating, gas, indigestion, etc). I’ve been pushing thru and pretty proud of myself.

Afterwards, we went back to room to rest a bit. Joe had sinus headache.

Jakob getting hungry. Decided to go to one of waterparks first followed by dinner and arcade. I tried the lazy river ride…just floating on inner tube around the park. Was able to do it twice before needing to get out due to feeling dizzy. Kids chose to try out some of the waterslides.

Arcade bit too loud for me and I couldn’t handle several of the flashing neon lights. Found a spot on floor away from crowd to sit a while. Got a whiff of funnel cake. Smells good. Decided to play a couple games but couldn’t figure out how to work machine. Had to ask Joe for help who in turn had to get Rae’s help. Lol.

Back hurting horrible need to rest it. Decided to get funnel cake. Able to get 2 with a BOGO coupon. Thank you, Lord.

Rae was cold and wanted to go back to room.

1159 headache, chest center hurts, neck hurts, hands ache, feet sting, low back throbbing, brain hurts, legs ache, tired

 

July 18

900a I’m in much much pain. It hurts to move. Every fiber of my being is stinging.

July 19

700 woke several times during night due to much pain. Tripped over comforter but able to catch balance.  In much pain. Hurts to move. Most nerves stinging.

1100 brain feels foggy and sluggish. Headache increases.

1130 clavical bone on lft side is really hurting. Having trouble not focusing on it.

600 head pounding. Brain hurts. Brain and vision blurring.

Pushed thru playing the piano though I had much trouble. Afterwards went to kitchen to get glass of water to take 2 Tylenol for headache. Hands and wrists swollen and stinging.

1119p exhausted. Tired. Headache. Whole body hurts. Think I have everything packed but I’m not sure. Ugh. Clavicle bone throbbing. Rt hip throbbing. Head hurts on lft side. Face hurts. Hands swollen and throbbing. Lower let leg tourniquet tightening feeling with numbish feeling. Rt hip stinging.

July 20

430 today starts our family vacation. I’m all over with emotions. Headache. Whole body hurts. Severe congestion. Very nauceous to point sick to stomach and feel like I’m going to puke.

Ate a yogurt. Helped a little but not enough. Took ginger capsule. Half dose of Bad ones to ease congestion.

200p getting dizzy and very weak feeling. Joe says it’s bc I need to eat. tried to stop for lunch. Subway had no drinks. Jack’s smells inside turned my stomach. Ended up getting food at Chick fil A. Coke helped stomach little. Didn’t want coke bc it bloats me so. Jakob helped me figure out what to order. I’m so tired.

430 getting very sleep and strength waning. Need to take my morning med but they are in my bag in back of car.

500p sensory overload is causing anxiety and hypersensitivity. Mountainous terrain, traffic, beautiful scenery, and nauceous stomach reactivating not a good combo. Screaming at oncoming traffic has ensued. Family laughing. At least I’m keeping them in stitches. One child is nervous snacking. The chocolate smell is not appealing to senses right now.

1000 took us a while to find a place to eat for a late dinner. Ate at Sunline Diner thanks to police officers suggestions

1100 on way home it started thundering & lightning. Every time lightning strikes my lft clavicle bone vibrates and hurts like the sickens.

1145 indigestion setting in. Thunder & lightning increases.

July 15

700a woke from a horrible nightmare. I hurt aweful all over. Just want to cry. Hurts to lay still & hurts to move.

930a Dezirae & I have job today…cleaning/visiting with Lawana today.

Whole body hurts. Back throbs if I stand more than 5 minutes. Stinging needle pain thru body.

1100 raining off and on with occasional thunder in distance. Skies are darkening. My nerves are increasingly getting concerned.

100p left early today did not want to get caught in storm if we could help it.

130 thunder storming buckets. Caught in dollar store. My whole body stinging. Trying hard to keep self composed. Decided to sit on floor in store so I couldn’t see outside. Looked through the notebooks to find one for my purse. Probably don’t need it but it’s keeping my mind occupied.

200 rain eased so we headed to grocery store to get items for dinner.

3:00 exhausted. Laying down to rest for half hour.

400p dropping off a meal for a friend. They are on quarantine because her husband’s brother tested positive for Covid19. Her husband went and got tested today just to be on safe side. They’re not sick just being cautious. Praying he doesn’t have it and his brother gets better soon.

As I was getting into car a got a Charlie horse of a cramp up under my breast in the rib cage area! I could barely move and it took my breath away for moment. Ugh!

715 phone call from friend. Had question and requesting prayer. While talking/listening, got traveling Charlie horse cramps in rt leg. Had to straighten leg to try to ease them and keep from moaning. Ugh!

Did not know that today was National Give Something away day. Crazy.

959 laying in bed. The more I’m relaxing the more I hurt. Stinging pain thru body. Feet are freezing.

 July 16

July 17

900a Chiropractor apt. Explained that muscle spasms and cramping have increased – rib cage in lft chest area, sides, & rt leg. He said that indicated problems with liver & gallbladder areas. Did accupuncture on liver & gallbladder channel points. Several of needles hurt this week. Many extra tender points. Few minutes into treatment my left side started going numbish. Hands hurt where needle inserted.

Told him I’m trying to do more but I’m hurting more. He replied good. Encouraged me to walk but not in heat of day. Had Rae take pics so I can remember later.

1000a I’m exhausted.

1200p decide to try to find tops for myself at thrift stores. Joe found himself a bow.

400 on way to church for VBS I’m so exhausted and a bit grumpy.

550 Rae got to lead two teen girls to the Lord before VBS started tonight. Exciting!

Girls excited about being saved. Want to get baptized. Couldn’t wait to tell their Mom. Praise the Lord.

Heard Talina telling Jax that church has VBS every year. He got excited and said he couldn’t wait to come back next year. Dezirae invited him and his sisters to church on Sunday.

1100 I’m beyond exhausted and in extreme pain. Need to crash. Torso cramping fiercely. Bad headache. Skin hypersensitive – hair feels like needles piercing skin.

July 11

Overdid it today majorly. Center of chest feels severely swollen and has sharp stabbing pain thru and thru. Bent forward to pop chest. It popped and caused severe sharp curdling pain. I just want to cry.

Had bunch of people helping to decorate for VBS. Got lot of it done. Saved some for Brianna to help tomorrow.

Frustrated at start bc day wasn’t going as I wanted. Had to take Jordon to work then come home and get rest of family to head to church.

Recvd telemarketing call from JWs. Strange.  I was not having it.

I’m in severe pain in torso region. Hands swollen and throbbing. Legs & feet throbbing. Toes tingle. Lower lft leg from mid calf to toes numb and tingly. Nerves feel jittery. I have not had caffeine. Tired but awake. Neck hurts. Headache. Sensitive to loud noise and bright lights. Periodic ringing in ears. Lft side muscle spasming periodically.

 

July 12

1230a intense sharp pain in center of chest. Bend forward to pop chest. See lighting streaks as I close my eyes. Try to lay back down and sudden severe Charlie horse in lft leg. Ouch!

830 I’m exhausted. Feeling really weird. Kinda nauceous. Woozy. Sinus congestion. Weak. Lethargic. Overal feeling wonky like something’s wrong. So I pray.

930 stressed out. Vision off and blurring. Headache.

1150 weird brain feeling is easing

310 can’t push no more. Need to lay down a piece. Feeling like pizza instead (odd bc I don’t usually like pizza much).

830 severe thunderstorm rolling through…can feel my body tensing…praying asking God to calm storm and my nerves.

930 able to help a fellow LS survivor with suggestion of things that help me ease cramping and spasming as well as the new things chiropractor just shared with me this week.

1115p thunderstorm easing but I’m in lots of pain. Headache. Whole body throbbing. Intense low back pain. Lower lft leg tourniquet tightening feeling with numbness to foot. Toes both feet tingly…lft toes little more. Hands swollen and throbbing. Metal taste in mouth – might be due to my taking colloidal silver right now. Still have what looks like ringworm on lft side neck and spot on lft arm. Upping colloidal silver intake.

Have apt tomorrow morning. Brianna gracious to tag along and pick Rae & I up. Stressing over all that needs to be done before leaving in morning. Jotted note on table to remind brain. Skin itchy. Feeling extremely fluffy. Something’s still off in my system but what I don’t know. Hormones, thyroid, (all blood tests are within normal range).

Took night meds. Naproxen. Applied sleepy time lotion. Praying.

 

July 13

July 14

959 able to get Jordon’s science prepped for school year. It took me most of morning. Brain fog and exhaustion set in. Pain thru body. Took nap for about an hour. Could’ve slept longer.

VBS went well. Increased by 5 kids today – several were teens. Awesomesauce.

Storm rolled thru as we were getting ready for VBS. Big clap of thunder & lightning just out front door. I immediately screamed. Scared Brianna in process.

I’m exhausted and hurting from head to toe. Headache. Two sores on head hurt. Applying frankinsense to help heal. Applying colloidal silver to scar on neck. It’s looking little better to me. Hands throbbing & stinging. Upper back stinging. Low back throbbing. Rt hip aches. Legs throbbing. Lower lft leg tourniquet tightening feeling with numbness & tingling. Feet hurt with pins & needles. Toes tingling. Skin itches all over. Congested. Toes cold and slowly expanding area on feet. Center of chest stabbing pain.
