Contentment

Contentment
Content; a resting or satisfaction of mind without disquiet; acquiescence.

Verse:

Philippians 4:11
Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.

Contentment is not something that can be searched out. It is rather an attitude of the heart.

It’s an inner peace knowing that God is in control of all things. Contentment comes from keeping our focus on the Lord.
