0700 rough night but when I did sleep I slept hard. Woke tired and cold.
Read Genesis 24-27
Abraham asks his servant, Isaac, to go to the land of his people to find his son a wife. The servant promises to not return until he finds Isaac a wife.
1240 hands swollen and throbbing. Back throbbing. Shoulders burning. Lft ear ringing. Chest hurting. Arms ache. Low back throbbing. Feet & toes cold. Tired & wore out.

0300p face feels flushed and feverish.
0322 rolled over in bed immediate cramping on lft side…feels as if rib is caught up under another rib making it painful to move. Indigestion burning up esophagus. Chewing papya enzymes.
0830 hands like ice. I’m freezing but my face is flushed and feels like it’s on fire. Center of chest hurts. Pain is minimal if I sit still…movement increases pain. Congested.
1150 Move not much this afternoon evening. Center of chest severe pain through to back. Freezing. Hands swollen and achy. Rt thigh throbbing outter side. Chest feels like rib caught and if I move wrong it’ll break! Brain thoughts slowed. Arms ache. Moderate indigestion.
Took 1,000 vitamin C, night meds (Propranolol, magnesium, turmeric, zyrtec), gerd rx & naproxen. Skin feels like its crawling.
These cold days make me thankful we live in the south. The cold weather hurts!
1128p felt good to sleep in this morning. Chest center throbbing. Hurts to reach, cough, breath deep, etc. Rt hip & low back throbbing. But I did manage to walk behind buggy in Sam’s though I hurt for while afterwards. Family ran errands in am. Stunned/stumped a gal at Sam’s because we don’t have internet or cable at home. Chillaxed in afternoon.
Jordon & Joe made dinner.
I’m hurting hence still awake.

0600 center chest hurts…pain increases when I move. Whole body aches. Low back throbbing. Congested. Lft hand itches.
645 Chest and arms throbbing. Take 4 ibuprofen to ease pain.
0700 slight bloody nose. Ugh! Skin sensitive to touch.

Note to self: don’t apply pain massage oil to face. I was okay until I applied foundation. Now my eyelids are burning and eyes watering slightly.
0800 stomach hurts horribly. Indigestion. I’ve only eaten piece of toast.
127 I’m plumb wore out and exhausted. Out of breath. Chest center throbbing through to back. Shoulders and upper back stinging needle pain. Stomach hurts. Feel like I’m going to crash.
0230 rcvd phone call from son.
0430 took 1,000 mg Vitamin C. Dezirae & I search thru clothes in mission closet for family in community that lost everything in fire.
5:50 resting a moment before service. Moderately strong pain in chest and back. Having trouble ignoring the pain. Don’t want to track anymore. Grumpy.
I know how important music is to the service so I will push myself to play even when I don’t feel like it. I need to more earnestly pray for God to provide an accomplished pianist to take my place. I much rather sing though it pleases my heart to serve the Lord.
630 back stinging and burning. Chest center hurting. Rt hip aches. Trouble focusing or following music. Toes tingling. Hands swollen. Messed up during song service. Trouble focusing. Eyes and hands no cooperating. Unable to focus on what stanza we were on. Mind is frustrated.
1055 tough day of pain but with God’s help pulled through. Rae & I able to find some clothes in mission closet for needy family in area. Wish it could be more.
Struggled playing piano for church today. Trouble focusing & coordination. Trouble keeping mind off moderately severe pain in chest and back. Dropsies. Headache. Vision blurred at times. Confused at times.
