730 slept for quite a while. I think I hurt worse today than y’day. Every inch of me stinging burning throbbing!

Tornado missed our church. Thank you, Lord.
Long day. Several Tornado Warnings today. Actually in one until 6am tomorrow. It’s been a bit of a lazy day for me. Hurt so much that it hurts to move or sit still for long.
Joe’s birthday dinner at lunch. Made birthday cake but it looked like a hurricane hit it. Ugh. Did my best to patch it up. It tasted good anyways.
Whole body from head to toe hurts exponentially. Periodic sharp stabbing pains randomly in body throughout the day. Took pain pill at bed time. Didn’t bother during day bc it wouldn’t have touched it.
August 30, 2021
630 woke from pleasant dream to noise from phone. Both arms extremely numb and tingly. Neck hurting. Bad headache (borderline migraine). Weird pungent smell in nose. Skin Xtra sensitive – hair touching neck feels like razors.
Noise from phone is Jakob checking to see if we’re still alive.
Joe turned on the bathroom light and I about jumped out of my skin. The light was too bright for my eyes and it scared me. Told him to warn me next time.
Took 2 Excedrin migraine to see if that’ll ease the bad headache. While every inch of me is still extremely stinging burning pain, it is not as severe as y’day.

Decided to work on cleaning floor in kitchen more. Able to do eight square with some help. While my arms, wrists, and hands are swollen, burning, and throbbing greatly, it feels good to make progress on project of cleaning house. Need to rest a while.
Finished part of floor cleaned today by applying a wax cover. I’m definitely done for the day.
Also, put pot on to make bone broth. It will cook for 24+ hours in crockpot. Loaf of bread in bread maker.
Going to take a nap as I feel energy draining quickly and I may pass out.
Balance has been off today. Stood up from chair at one point and had to grab Joe’s foot as I was falling to try to regain balance.
Headache increases. Whole body burning throbbing.
330 sinuses suddenly start acting up like I’m having allergic reaction. It’s probably bc of the bleach in the cleaner I used for the floor. Took Tylenol sinus to see if that’ll help.
Muscles in left arm spasming.
Fell asleep for 90 minutes. Could’ve slept more. Need to get dinner ready.
I’m so done with doing anything else today. I hurt all over and am drained of all energy.
Takes seemingly forever to fall asleep. Sinuses suddenly act up as if I’m allergic to something. I have bleach smell stuck in my nose. Take 1/2 a benadryl. Joe graciously massages my back with pain relief oil. It helps enough to fall asleep.

600 rough night. Left arm and hand numbish and tingling.
woken by severe thunderstorm. I can feel the thunder shaking the walls. Every inch of me stings and each strike makes me nerves tense tighter.
The verse Psalms 56:3 “What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee” goes thru my mind. Mind then switches to the song “Keep me safe til the storm passes by”

8am I’m already tuckered out. Need to lay back down for a bit. Slept for about 30 minutes, but took a while to get to sleep.
Heart is heavy today I know not why. Periodically I pray for all who come to mind. Family, friends, acquaintances.
Decided to treat Jordon to lunch. We don’t get one on one much anymore. He’ll be leaving nest soon and I want to have some good memories together. I figure since I struggle with my memories (current and past) if I try to make new ones and document them it will help me remember them later.
438p receive heartbreaking news today about a friend who’s been on the ventilator
Shandle has been on a ventilator for 18 days now. She still has not been responding to treatment. If she doesn’t respond by Saturday morning, Sept 4th, her husband has agreed to allow the Drs to take her off the ventilator.
While we know she will be with Jesus, I know her family will miss her dearly. Praying for the family especially her daughter that just started college this week. I am so heartbroken.
I couldn’t contain the tears anymore. Went to my room and kneeled by the bed. Cried my heart out to the Lord until no words could more escape yet tears just flowed. While I have comfort that I will see her again in Heaven, my heart is broken for her daughter. They were so close. Oh, Lord, comfort her husband and daughter. They would’ve been married 33 yrs on Sept 10.
530 I let Joe know what was going on. We both told Dezirae together. We cried together.
Joe offered to help with dinner. I thanked him. When I gathered my composure, I went to kitchen to help with the tator tots.
I need to can the bone broth but I don’t feel like it.
Dezirae’s arms and legs are hurting. I get out heating pad for her.
The broth won’t keep so I push myself to do it after dinner. Lost a canning jar. Able to can 3 pint jars plus a quart jar in fridge. As much as I’ve done this, I think I should be able to remember how but I have to look up directions every time. Think I should print them out. Maybe I have but don’t remember. I’ll check tomorrow.
800 I help Dezirae study for quiz & test tomorrow. This is nice review for me but it gives me a headache every time.
1000 finish straightening kitchen and living room before bed. Kids did most of it just missed a few things. Started load of laundry.
My nerves are stinging. Headache. Sinuses acting up. Neck hurts. Hands achy and swollen. Shoulder blades sting and ache. Arms ache. Top of legs ache. Bottom of legs burning throbbing. Lower legs kind of tingly numbish feeling. Feet hurt. Low back throbbing intensely. Toes tingly. Center of chest aches
