5:15 woke to stinging, burning, throbbing pain all over but greater in arms and legs. Sinuses congested. Feel clammy as if broke a fever. Bad taste in mouth.
Took Tylenol sinus

7:00 having trouble moving about this morning. Took pain rx so I won’t be grumpy today.

Took Vitamin C 2,000 mg, Elderberry, zinc, D3, and B complex in addition to regular morning meds. Going to add extra B complex for few weeks to see if it’ll ease my nerve pain.
Skin is itchy all over. Decided to drink ice coffee for extra energy, but coffee is not my friend. Maybe can try decaffeinated coffee in future. Nerves feel like adrenaline is in hyperdrive and cramping except I’m still feeling all the stinging burning pain as well.
Start out playing piano decently, but my mind starts wondering and I begin to struggle keeping my focus and start messing up. Left hand, right hand, and brain struggling to coordinate with each other. Ugh. I tell myself to get it together and ask God to help.
1200 palms beginning to itch
130 decided to wear my magnetic necklace today. Just realized as I was taking it off for nap that the nerves in my neck area don’t hurt as bad as rest of body. Hmm?
4:00 I’m not sure if it can work this fast but my stinging has eased a little. It’s amazing how much more energy I have when pain decreases even a couple points.
6:30p sudden sharp stabbing pain in left shoulder towards middle of my back
930 feet freezing and burning like frost bitten. Upper shoulders throbbing. Exhausted.
1000 decent day overall. Thankful for good days.
Skin itches all over. Whole body stiff and achy. Nerves stinging and throbbing but not burning. Feet freezing and cold to the touch. Low back throbbing intensely.
Took benadryl and Tylenol in addition to regular night meds.
Sept 20, 2021
Apparently while in midst of bad dream I called out Joe’s name. He woke and asked what. I replied I’m having bad dream. He rolled over and began rubbing my back and said it’s okay. I quickly fell back to sleep.
Trouble waking this morning. Extremely tired. So many pictures swirling around in my brain that I can’t get focus of what they are. It’s almost making me dizzy.
Whole body extra stiff and throbbing. It hurts to move. Need to wake up to take daughter to Drs appointment.

1:20 Dezirae had dentist appointment this morning. We were there until shortly after 12noon. They were busy. Dezirae tooth okay. They did cleaning to since it was almost time. Don’t have to go back until March. Whew!
Redeemed my birthday sub at Firehouse.
400 I have the shakes something awful and feel weird – like energy is being drained out of my. Nerves ache but not burning like they have been. Feeling kind of like I was roughed up. Very Jittery.
Oh! I wonder if it was the tea from Firehouse. I totally forgot about the caffeine in tea. I only have decaf tea at the house and whole family drinks it.
Laying down a bit to see if it’ll help.
Lower back throbbing. Lower lft leg tourniquet tightening feeling with tingling in both feet.
Asleep for 15 minutes. Woken by phone call.
Severe stomach cramping.
Joe confirmed that I did talk in my sleep, but I said more than I thought. I said not so nice things that I would never ordinarily say -way out of character. I’m embarrassed and apologized to him. He forgave me. He’s not mad and understands I was having nightmare. Devil is fighting hard lately (Ephesians 6:10-13). It’s imperative to guard your mind (1 Peter 1:13-16).
I guess my brain is still trying to figure things out. I need to get back to spending more time in the Word. I’ve slipped a little and my nightmares are showing it.
I’m flat exhausted. Low back throbbing. Stomach hurting.
Constipation has become diarrhea.
Legs below knees to toes freezing with much tingling (like when your foot goes to sleep while sitting on it and it starts waking making you unable to stand on it). Vision little blurry.

430 woke from nightmare with the song Middle of My Storm playing in my mind
Legs stinging throbbing. Arms ache something fierce. Stiff and achy all over. Very tired.
Joel 1-3, Micah 6:8, 2 Corinthians 13:14,
Folded 1 load clothes, cleaned other half of shower area, washed few dishes, over easy eggs and toast, boiled eggs for potato salad.
I’m exhausted and crashing quickly. Need to lay down a while.
Woken by a phone call. Dad needs help accessing his email. Talked to brother for little while.
Grocery shopping was quite a challenge. Two stores didn’t have what I needed. None of the stores had available wheelchair. Took two hours to get weekly groceries.
I’m exhausted and hurting. Need to rest for a bit so I can pick up Dezirae from school.
Tonight is Jordon’s first day of college. I’m excited for him but I hurt so much I just want to pass out so I don’t feel it.
I almost forgot that I’m to pick up Joe. Jordon’s car is in the shop.
Saw gorgeous rainbow on way to pick up Joe. Delayed by train on tracks. Severe sharp pains in chest bringing tears to eyes. Joe talks through what I did. Cleaned other 1/2 of shower. While grocery shopping, slid 25 lb bag sugar onto bottom of buggy. Once at car, put it in car. Lifting heavy items is no bueno. Now I’m in severe pain!!!
Touched toes to see if chest will pop. Just a tiny bit. Icing chest to ease inflammation and pain. Joe told me to call Dr to make appointment to get me better. Left wrist hurting and swollen.
Joe orders me to rest the rest of evening. He’s helping by making dinner.
Took 4 Ibuprofen.
