Woke with a song about heaven on my mind but I don’t recall name or all the words then it turned to What If?

Matthew 1-4,
Vision is off today. It’s like the sides of my eyes are blurry but I can still see. Easily dizzied. Eyes hurt. Headache. Lights are bothersome today.
830 Dezirae not feeling good. Stuffy nose and little nauseous. Made her take C, Echinacea, and zinc. I feel bad my little girl not feeling well.
900 left arm cramping so bad it’s about frozen still. Can’t hardly move it.
Joe checked it out. Says it’s my shoulder that cramped. But why does my arm hurt so bad? I just want to cry. Feet freezing even with socks on. Joe make me take calcium and 4 Ibuprofen. Hopefully, it’ll help my head. It feels like it needs to be put on ice. Tired but awake.

440 woken by severe cramping on right side. Rough night. Trouble falling asleep due to cramping.

600 woken by alarm it feels like I just fell back to sleep. Need to check on Dezirae. She’s not feeling good. Keeping her home to rest.
630 going to see if I can sleep little longer

708 Decided to be an encouragement to several people in my contacts.
My head is pounding. My whole body stinging burning throbbing pain. It hurts to move or lay still. Eyes watery. Sinuses slightly congested.
730 Decided to copy & paste next month of memoirs into email so I can download to my flashdrive. Wish I knew how to send whole file of journaling at one time. If that’s a possibility?
Might as well get up and do couple chores. Took morning meds plus 2 Excedrin for headache.
1030 I’m beat and low back throbbing intensely. Able to wash few dishes, wash load clothes, make crockpot chicken noodle soup, and canning 3 pint jars of carrots. Of course, many breaks in between. Now time to rest a while to allow nerves and muscles to calm down… hopefully the pain will ease too.
230 delivered soup. Stop at store to get few items. Joe helped.
It looks like it’s about to storm. My body is screaming I’m done no more pain. Going home to rest.
530 finally getting around to making spaghetti for dinner. I’m done for the day.
830 it’s starting to thunderstorm. Headache strengthens. I feel like junk.
1030 having trouble falling asleep. Drinking extra sleepy time tea.

530 rough night. I’m much pain. Muscles twitching randomly throughout body. Calves cramping. Bad headache. Whole body stiff and stinging throbbing pain. Today we could be one of those days I’d stay in bed if I could.

Washed a few dishes. Low back throbbing intensely. I do not feel well. Took vitamin C, Echinacea, Zinc, and D.
Put care package together for Jakob. Copied information we discussed to put in his box. Scanned pages into computer as well to email him a pdf. I’m wore out and going back to bed. Feeling a little nauseous.
1110a heading to post office to drop off package and then to friends house.
After dropping off pkg, recvd phone that Dezirae still not feeling good and needs to come home. Plans change.
730p My left foot up to an inch below my knee is severely tingling like it’s trying to either fall asleep or wake up from falling asleep. It feels weird.
905 saw a white light dancing in my rt peripheral vision area but when I turned to focus on the light it disappeared. Weird? This happened three separate times. It was like one of those small laser light people like to tease their pets with but white instead of red.
1000 time for bed but awake.

400 woken by Joe’s being sick in bathroom. I guess a stomach bug is working thru the family. Need to diffuse thieves or purification for a while again.

My whole body is pulsating throbbing stinging, burning pain. Muscles spasming randomly throughout body. I toss on bed trying to get comfortable. My lft shoulder pops as if back into place sending sharp stabbing pain through shoulder region and arm!! Ouch!!!
No falling back to sleep any time soon. Might as well get up. Intended to get up to check on Jordon but he’s pulling out of driveway to go to work.
Decided to wash dishes that I couldn’t finish last night. Low back to and lft shoulder throbbing with burning pain shooting down arm to wrist. Need to rest.
Decide to spray living room furniture with microban.
530 Matthew 9 &10, Isaiah 26:4, Psalm 107:1
600 helped Dezirae study for quizzes and tests today. I think she finally figured out balancing equations. Not sure how much help I was on that part bc I ha ad to Google instructions to show her. It’s Greek to me. Made Dezirae’s lunch. Made her immune roller blend to apply several times during day. This way she doesn’t have to be concerned about taking vitamins.
Tara brought her new puppy over to visit. She’s skiddish like she was beat before. Woman they got her from said she was a stray and her husband said she couldn’t keep him bc they had too many already. I think she’ll be a good companion for Tara. Going to take a bit to train her though.
Prayed with Dezirae before she left. Pulled few weeds.
745 I’m exhausted and hurting. Time for a nap.
1000 didn’t mean to sleep that long. Must have needed it. My throat is starting to hurt.
Checked on Joe. Made him take immune boosting protocol. I took same. Fluids filled in glasses. Put chicken soup on for dinner.
1115 called Dr to cancel apt on Friday due to Joe working and I need him to go with me for mine. While on phone, I could hear what other nurses were saying in the office. I thought the one was asking me questions and started answering. The nurse I was talking to interrupted to say, “No, that’s another nurse on another call.” To which I replied, “Oh.”
Oops. Didn’t realize the voice was different. Lol. Guess my hearing is still magnified.
Paid phone bill. Somehow I forgot to pay it last week. When I checked, it was due to my somehow not writing it on my bill calendar. Bill paid for Sept.
The more the day progresses the worse I feel. Called Mom to ask if she’d pick up the girls instead.
Going back to bed. Gargled with colloidal silver and swallowed it. Gave some to Joe. Sucking on a ginger chew to ease throat pain.
600 my head is pounding. My lft arm is throbbing intensely with periodic sharp stabbing shooting pain.
800 taking immune boosting protocol
1030 head pounding, sinus pressure, sinuses congested, nasal passages stuffy, throat sore, ears hurt (rt more than left, neck hurts, skin hypersensitive, lft arm throbbing, nerves throbbing (oddly stinging has subsided for the moment – not complaining), low back aches, feet cold, toes tingling, tired, lethargic, cut on nailed of lft pink burning (don’t know how I got it), calves throbbing as if I ran 5 miles.
Night meds taken (GABA, PEA, Magnesium, Turmeric, C, Probiotic, E, 1/2 benadryl, Excedrin migraine). Also gargled with colloidal silver and drank a swig. Sucking on a ginger chew to ease throat pain.
11:14 still wide awake. Headache won’t let loose. Applying ice pack to head.
