10:50a getting cold chills!! My entire back feels like ice. Had Dezirae check and it’s even cold to the touch. Extends from neck to just below bra line. Feet are also freezing though I have socks on.

Neck is throbbing. Need pain rub applied.

2:30 Joe irritates me so sometimes. Ugh! Forgot about leaving for church when he gets home from work on Thursdays. Upset bc I didn’t remember and we weren’t ready. I was actually in middle of baking cookies. Have to have kids stir batter bc it’s too much for me (causes severe pain in chest & upper back).
3:23 icy sensation in back is easing up (warming up). Lower back aching. Left leg went numb as if it felt asleep & tingling. Feel like I’m forgetting something but have no clue what it is.
I need stamps. Hands hurt. Ears ringing. Sunglasses wearing even though it’s raining. Light bothers my eyes.
Everytime I hear Christmas Shoes on radio it makes me tear up. “I want to buy these shoes for my mama sir…if mama sees Jesus tonight.”

8:27p – I smell french fries. Center of my chest is icy burning and throbbing. It’s raining outside. Rain rain go away!
8:45p – left palm itches, shoulders hurt, neck aches, head itches
11:36p – it seems as if the nerve pain increases at bedtime. Legs ache, center of chest throbbing, toes hurt, congested, hands & arms stinging, skin itchez. When I look up info on nerve pain, the articles refer to finding root cause of pain and treating that first. None ever mention what to do if it’s caused by lightning strike injury.

6:30a woke to dog barking. Ugh! Got up to make her be quite by feeding her.
7:00a – muscles in left leg now twitching. Now back under covers bc I’m cold. Ears ringing. Eyes watery. Stuffy nose. Left hand went numb.
1:04p- stinging burning pain in upper & middle back! Indigestion too!
2:10p- fell asleep in my chair for about 15 minutes. Left hand tingling. Upper back throbbing.
11:22p- managed to get items baked that I needed to for tomorrow but it took all day. Hurting so bad had to do a little at a time and then rest with a heating pad applied for a while. Pain still intense. Took pain Rx twice today. Also drank hot cocoa with peppermint oil in it. Muscles fluttering in left leg randomly. Face itches.
