7:00am Joe scared me awake (not purposefully)! I forgot to set alarm. I overslept. Need to peel potatoes.
Joe & Jordon were graciuos enough to peel & cut potatoes for me. Awh!
9:30a – tried to pick up a deaf lady for church but couldn’t get her to answer door even though her dog was barking like crazy.
11:30a – rt eye brow began twitching & very frustrating
11:24p – muscles twitching in lft thigh, rt hip throbbing, can’t seem to get comfortable, exhausted, headache, stuffy nose

8:11a- woke first time to dogs barking around 6am. Left calf was twitching, neck hurts, lft hand tingling.
2nd time around 7:30a to dogs barking again! Left hand tingling, base of neck hurts, stuffy nose, upper back twingeing (wow that’s actually a word),
Chest feels tight. I guess I’ll just have to get up and start moving to ease the stiffness feeling.
It’s a good day even with the aches and pains because I was able to wake up. That strikes me odd though because one way or another it’d be a good day bc I’d either be with my earthly family or my Heavenly Father.
11:45a- discovered I was behind in balancing the checkbook and didn’t even have last three weeks written in register! Took me about 3 hours to figure it out & now I have major headache. Took Rx. Eyes & brain feel blurry. I’m worn out now.
1:11 In waiting room at hospital, Jordon has apt for echocardiogram & MRI. He’s had episodes of dizziness & blacking out. Praying it’s a simple fix.
Heart dr apt in January.
1:30p- asked lady checking us in if she ever met lightning survivor. She said no, but in her senior year high school her best friend was washing dishes at kitchen sink. She pulled curtain to peek outside and was struck by lightning and killed. Said she doesn’t mess with lightning. Told her I was sorry for her loss. Think it was a bruise. I didn’t press further.
1:43p – upper back stinging
I’ll be glad when I get my blog updated so I can enter things like this daily or weekly instead of journaling and trying to remember details.
2:13p- finally getting echo done…next is MRI
When I close my eyes to rest, I see a spinning merry-go-carousel with miniature clowns dressed in burnt orange plaid outfits holding each other for dear life. Can’t keep my eyes closed for long…makes me dizzy.
2:57p- Jordon just went back for MRI. Wish I could go back with him. Should take 20 minutes.
9:30p- decided to sit and watch Christmas movies while sipping on hot cocoa with peppermint and copabia oil.

Research connection between zinc and b12 absorption
1059a When I got struck, my son says he felt it in his ear buds (he was on the computer at the time of the strike). Since then he has had a few bouts of dizziness, blacking out and falling. When he hits whatever he lands on, he comes to.
The most recent occurrence happened two weekends ago. I called doctor and we have been in a whirlwind of appointments since his initial visit last Wednesday. EKG, bloodwork, & MRI all normal so far. Waiting on results of echocardiogram.
Is it quite possible his episodes are a result of his shocking ear buds? Curious?
