Beef Tips with Gravy

This is an easy, budget friendly recipe that your family is sure to love!

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 lbs beef tips or stew meat
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • Seasonings of choice

Directions:

Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.  Place stew meat in bottom of slow cooker.  Place rest of ingredients over the meat.  Add your seasonings of choice.  Stir everything until well blended.  Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.  Serve over mashed potatoes, noodles, or rice.

Notes:

  • Serves 6-8 people.
  • You can use cornstarch to thicken gravy if you feels it too runny.
  • You can use any other cut of beef and then cut it to smaller pieces as desired.
  • Leftovers can be stored in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
