7a woke couple times in night. Guess I ate too much watermelon.
Numbness and burning sensation in feet and legs. Tired.

Trouble eating lunch. Apparently didn’t chew a tortilla chip small enough and it got stuck in my throat causing great pain upon swallowing. Took a bit to get chip to soften enough to finish swallowing. Jordon jokingly reminded me to chew my food 20 times before swallowing. He knows how to make you chuckle

800 woke to pins and needles, burning , throbbing pain in arms, legs, and feet. Woke from strange dream (I was living inside the Hunger Games story. Joe was my partner.) Remind me not to watch intense movies before bed.

900 lost 2 more pounds. Yay!
1030a Decided to try to dust living room starting with piano. Ended up attempting to rearrange living room, but started hurting bad and pooing out after moving first piece of furniture.
1100a Joe called to let me know he was on way home. I forewarned him letting him know living room was in disarray.
He told me I had talked about it y’day and he told me to hold off. I have no recollection of the conversation.
Family had to help finish rearranging living room. I dusted as I could. Kids cleaned up messes and helped Joe wyith moving furniture. Jordon vacuumed floor and cleaned roller on bottom.
300 Went to bank and Sam’s Club. God had wheelchair waiting for me at Sam’s. Thank you, Jesus!
730 I’m hurting severely from head to toes. Took pain rx.
1030p pain rx not touching pain. Every inch is screaming in pain. I did too much today.
Colloidal Silver seems to be working. My tongue is starting to look normal again.
