5:30 severe pain wakes me from slumber. My body feels like I’ve been beaten within inches of life. It hurts to move or lie still. I slowly manage to make it to bathroom. Very thirsty.

640 exhausted and laying down a little bit. Insides feel like they’re spasming. Feels weird.
800 decided to soak in Epsom Salt bath to ease muscle soreness. I feel clean but still hurt pretty bad.
I don’t know why people put pretty and bad together in a sentence. It’s an oxymoron if you ask me. Maybe better stated my muscles still hurt something horrible.
1000 remember I forgot to print something off for church tomorrow. Ugh.
1100 Oh! I need to decide what to cook for lunch tomorrow… Salisbury Steak, potatoes, and a veggie. Taking meat out to thaw.
Whole body stiff, sore, and throbbing. Headache. Took 3 Tylenol and pm meds.
June 6
600a woke to muscles pulsating in back and arms, legs aching throbbing. I feel like I’ve been beat up. Headache.

Joe randomly decides to rub my back. It feels so relaxing and good. I turn my head to the right and my neck pops loudly. Oh that hurt.

1:00 unexpectedly feed additional people for lunch. Thankfully, I thought to make extra just in case.
Dezirae keeps asking if I’m okay. I tell her I’m just tired and hurting. I hurt so bad I’m getting grumpy. Need to go lay down a while before I snap unintentionally at someone. I definitely don’t want to do that.
3:30 Slept until 3:20ish. Still have a baf headache. Groggy. Feel little better. It started storming while I was sleeping. Still hurt alot.
5:40 felt bad about being standoffish to new family. Went to explain why. They claimed they didn’t notice and all is well.
Then they asked if another storm comes thru tomorrow will it affect you again. My answer is, Yes. Everytime a storm comes through and the barometric pressure changes it weighs on me making me hurt worse than I already do. When I hurt that bad, it’s best for me to sleep it off. Their response was well we’ll check on you tomorrow. 😊
6:32 storm is getting louder & stronger.

11:43 had to use hotspot to watch movie. Dumb 4k tv took all my data to watch 95% and I didn’t get to see them end. Ugh.
I wonder if there’s a way to set up tv to use less data when using hotspot?
Headache has eased though still there. Whole body aches all over. Hands swollen and throbbing. Center of chest stabbing achy pain. Took 2.5 Tylenol. Will most likely need regimen of ibuprofen to keep the costochondritis at bay. Xtra C will help too.
