500a woke briefly to feeling much pressure on top of my head as if someone was holding me down. I brushed top of head to feel if something was on it but felt nothing but top of head.
Weird. My body is in so much pain.
730 still in much pain. It hurts to move or lie still. I wonder if it has anything to do with the Tropical Storm heading our way?
740 sneezed hard causing me to need to use restroom. It also gave me slight bloody nose.
Not sure why I’m having bloody nose issue again. I’m not taking any antihistamines. I’ve not needed to since limiting my dairy intake. Weird? The only thing different in my med/supplement regimen is I’m out of magnesium complex.

1120 put dinner in slow cooker, trying to work on finishing up getting ready for school, folded load of clothes and put away, wash load of clothes.
Exhausted and burning throbbing.

800 took long time to fall asleep. Took night meds but forgot to take additional vitamins.
It’s weird but when I hurt as much as I did yday the position that helps me feel the best is laying flat.
Woke to center of back on fire and itching – like it was covered in fire ants. Sinuses congested. Whole body stiff and throbbing. Eyes watery. Hands throbbing. Rt hip throbbing. Feet hurt

Decided to try to vacuum living room and hallway. Did it but somehow pulled a muscle in my left knee. It’s swollen twice the size and throbbing intensely.
Need to stay off it for while. Decide to sit on floor and sort socks.
At orientation with niece, closed eyes and room started spinning. The longer I kept them closed the worse it got. Opened eyes to make it stop though still feel unsteady.
Tired but awake. Trouble falling asleep. Headache. Neck hurts. Hands throbbing. Low back & rt hip throbbing. Muscles spasming randomly in legs. Lft knee throbbing. Both legs below knee tourniquet tightening feeling with some tingling and partial numbness. Feet ache. Toes tingling. Brain fatigued and fogged. Stinging pain thru body. Rt back side cramping.

Fell asleep sometime after midnight. As I began to relax in bed my muscles began spasming randomly thru body. Decided since I was just laying there to pray and sing songs that came to mind.
500 woke to lft knee throbbing and rt hip throbbing.
730 whole body stiff and achy. Knee feels little better at present. Mild Headache.
Colossians 3:22-25, Jeremiah 7-9,
Decided to mix up batch of homemade Bisquick mix. Able to do it, but low back throbbing intensely and left knee swelling and throbbing. Need to prop up knee and rest a while. Headache increases. Tired.
Guys came home from Men’s Mtg. Missionary came in to visit with me to see how I was doing. Joe decided to invite him and his wife for dinner.
House is not company ready and I have no clue what to have for dinner. Not worried …well maybe stressing a little, but I know Joe will help.
Pick up entertainment center that’s being given to us. It’s taller than I expected, but it’s beautiful. It’s raining when we got home so it’ll have to wait until later to come in house.
Joe washed dishes from morning. Suggested Chicken Alfredo. Made salad and homemade rolls. Had to sit and rest in between things.
I’m in awe of how quick God answers the prayers of His children. Dezirae expressed that she thinks she’d like to go back to school because she got excited about Tara going to school. I told her to pray about it bc God would have to supply. He sure did in a might way quickly.
Finished bulletin. Joe talked with school principal about late registration. I printed off registration papers and began filling them out and gathering needed info. Will need to finish tomorrow.
My knee is throbbing and needs icing and my low back is throbbing.
Headache. Necks aches. Hands swollen and hurting. Low back throbbing intensely. Rt hip aches. Legs throbbing. Left leg tourniquet tightening feeling with tingling. Rt leg periodic shocking sensations. Feet freezing, tingling, and stinging. I’m cold. Tired.
