530 My arms and hands are throbbing like I worked out too much. Whole body stinging throbbing and stiff. Thirsty. Didn’t drink enough fluids y’day. Rt inner ear itches.

Sinuses severely congested. Knew that ice cream would cause this but it tasted so good. Just have to keep intake to far and few between. Sneezing like crazy. Sneezing hurts my body. Took Tylenol sinus.
Zechariah 8-14, 2 Corinthians 5:9-11,
Study with Dezirae for tests and quizzes today. Burned papers. Straighten up in kitchen a little. Folded a few towels and put away. Back is killing me. Need to rest a bit.
I’m so hurting all over. It hurts to move. Belly feels bloated and hurts. Headache. Sinuses slightly congested.

530 woke from nightmare
Psalms 57:1 – Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be overpast.
Psalms 61:2-4
From the end of the earth will I cry unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.
For thou hast been a shelter for me, and a strong tower from the enemy. I will abide in thy tabernacle for ever: I will trust in the covert of thy wings. Selah.
I love how God can bring Scripture to mind in the midst of calamity even in your sleep to comfort you.
Woke to being in Joe’s arms and he was rubbing my back. What a reassuring comfort. Makes my heart flutter. How fun it is to get to learn how to love your husband all over again as if for the first time. Thank you, Lord.
My whole body stiff, stinging, and throbbing. I feel like tin man needing my joints oiled so I can move.
Malachi 1-4
Stopped at neighbors moving sale on way to church. Found hunting boots, grilling plates, and they gave us their gas grill! Praise the Lord!
Able to start sprucing up around church little more. Enjoyed our family serving the Lord together on projects around church. There’s always work that to be done. Sometimes it’s so overwhelming that I just don’t know where to start.
Looks like Dezirae will get to start taking piano lessons in order to be able to take my place playing piano. It just has to be voted on in next business meeting so church will pay for it.
I’m so tired. Hurting a lot too. Feel like I’m going to pass out. Joe says I’m starting to look like it. He agreed I needed to lay down a while.
Slept for two hours. Probably could’ve slept longer, but need to get up so I’ll sleep tonight.
Joe decided to grill chicken tonight so he could try new grill out. Dinner was delicious.
Took quite a long time to get bulletin, prayer list, and special music list done. Keep having to take breaks. My eyes start blurring after about half hour and I have to rest my eyes.
Able to update scripture journaling post with shirt devotional. Also able to post rest of August 2019 to blog.
Whole body aches and burning. Slight headache. Thirsty. Not enough fluids today. Low back throbbing. Neck aches deeply. Nerves stinging tingling. Lower lft leg tourniquet tightening feeling with some tingling to foot. Hands throbbing stinging. Rt hip throbbing. Feet tingling. Vision blurry. Brain foggy. Trouble speaking today (slow and trouble getting words out).
Great peace have they which love thy law and nothing shall offend them. Psalm 119:165
