Headache. Neck hurts. Arms ache deeply. Shoulders ache. Upper torso stinging needles. Stinging needles inside abdomen area. Hands swollen and throbbing. Vision blurry. Legs throbbing as if I tried to walk a mile. Feet hurt and tingly.
Have to wait a few minutes to read my Bible as I cannot even see clearly enough to read.
Luke 2-3, Proverbs 9:10,
Good services today. Dinner on the Grounds. Celebrate our 6th anniversary at the church. Made to go plates for our Vets. I helped with the clean up. Some of the leftovers given to us to take home. I know what we’re having for dinner. Hehe. We feel loved and appreciated. Thank you, Lord.
I’m beyond exhausted. Eyes crossing. Body feels like energy is being drained out of me. Lightheaded. Feel like I’m going to pass out. Guys going hunting. I’m taking a nap.
Slept for over two hours. Still tired.
Feet are freezing and feel like their frost bitten. Headache.

Stinging needle pain thru body more prominent in hands, legs, and feet. Eye watery. Mind doesn’t want to shut off. Low back throbbing intensely.

Whole body stiff and stinging. Stinging isn’t as intense as last night though. Low back throbbing.
Matthew 4-5, Ephesians 5:19-20, Psalm 36:7
Muscles in legs and buttocks are spasming. Feet are freezing.
Tasks:
1. Slow Cooker Cream of Mushroom Soup.
3. Wash load of clothes.
4. Balance checkbook/pay bills
5. Prepare calendar for the week
6. Work in yard a little
Soup is in the crockpot on low. The fragrance of sauteed mushrooms, onion, and garlic smells good and permeates the whole house.
Choked on my drink. Had to make way to bathroom. Coughing fits cause much pain through body. Need to lie down a little bit to recoup.
Pulled some of down tree to fire pit. Pulled muscles in arm – they are now on fire. Trouble turning to sides today – it causing severe muscle spasms that stop me in my tracts. Center of chest throbbing as if I pulled muscles there too. Ugh.

Tired. Whole body aches. Lft arm hurts. Neck hurts. Strange dream that didn’t make sense.

Tasks:
1. start working on purging clothing
2. Straighten up Dezirae’s room a little.
3. Wash load of clothes
Did too much in Dezirae’s room. Entire upper body throbbing like a toothache. Need to rest a while.
I’ve done too much for the day. If I push anymore without resting, I’ll hurt myself.
Matthew 16:24-27, 2 Timothy 3:16-17
Upper torso burning throbbing pain. Calves and legs burning throbbing pain. Hands ache. Indigestion. Scalp itches. Rt palm periodically itchy during day. Skin sensitive. Feet ache. Lft foot burning throbbing. Toes tingly. Feet chilly. Rt hip hurts. Low back aches. Lft calf cramping. Tired. Sinus slightly congested.
Took morning meds at noon (I almost forgot to take them). Took night vitamins plus ginger, 1/2 benadryl, and Aleve. Received the Palmitoylethanolamide (PEA) supplement in mail today. Able to add it back to my regimen.
Thankful for:
1. Personal relationship with my Lord
2. Dezirae did well on quizzes today.
3. Able to accomplish tasks today though I hurt afterwards. Hopefully, it’s rebuilding lost muscle.
4. Able to chat with my Mom for little while today.
5. My friend received the care package.
6. Watched Chickadees eating from bird feeder this morning.
