I’m having trouble waking up. Strange dreams.
Whole body hurts like I’ve been beat up badly or was in a bad car accident. Lft arm burns when I move it. Hands, arms, legs stinging.

Tasks: Work on Ladies Bible Study & Home Ec / Christian Womanhood class (still not 100% what to start with), Fix Dezirae’s mini blinds, Wash few dishes, Call Ins Co re: auto & home, Stock vitamins for the week, Contact piano teacher for Dezirae to start lessons waiting a return call
Fixing the mini blinds proved to be a struggle and I didn’t get it quite right. Ran out of energy. Hurting all over. Need to rest a while.
Weeded back flower garden area. Took me about 20 minutes. When done, my whole body throbbing intensely, out of breath, and can barely walk. Need to rest a while.

Ran few errands – few groceries, drop off recycling and donations. Back home to eat lunch and rest.
Yard work for 15-20 minutes. My back is killing me and whole body writhing in pain. Starting to see progress. Now time to take a nap.
Lft shoulder and arm cramping bad and muscles are spasming. Guess I did too much today. Need to rest.
6:30 entire left leg and foot severely tingling as if it fell asleep. Lasted about 30 minutes.
Storm moving in with possible tornado warning. My body is feeling it
Thunder and lightning too close to house for my comfort. I may have just screamed when it just thundered after seeing lightning just three seconds prior!!!! Just received tornado warning for our county.

Severe thunderstorm has my nerves all in knots. Muscles randomly spasming. Whole stinging & throbbing intensely.
Bad indigestion. In so much pain I’m grumpy and short tempered. Headache.

Headache, whole body stiff and achy, lft arm throbbing, low back throbbing
Luke 10-11,
Helping Dezirae study for quizzes today. Muscles on rt side are spasming. Feet are freezing. Lft ankle and foot numb.
Tasks: Declutter and straighten up pantry, Stock vitamins for week, Call Ins Co., Start cleaning up outside – home inspection, Assess yard for damages from storm – none PtL!, Take it easy today
Praise: current insurance agency found a more affordable policy for our homeowners ins. It’s still going up about $120/yr. That’s a lot better than $600+ increase.
Now to get house ready for a home inspection in next couple of weeks.
Sprayed outside of house & roof with chlorine. My lft shoulder popped and lft arm cramped stopping me in my tracts for a moment. Accidentally sprayed myself. Thankfully I was done for the moment, but had to go take a shower just in case some bleach got on me (I’m allergic).
Able to rest for 15 minutes before needing to go pick up girls from school.
Lft arm kept cramping on way to church. Joe said my arm muscles were spasming. He stopped at store to get me some pickles. Once at church teased him saying this is torture bc you got me pickles and I can’t even open the jar. Lol. He opened jar. I ate one pickle.
Sat to rest and felt like I was going to pass out. Went and laid down in nursery for a little while.
Sang Acapella during song service. I enjoyed being able to sing for a change.

Thankful for:
1. My name is written in Heaven
2. My husband randomly stopping to buy me pickles to ease the muscles spasms in my arm.
3. Kids did kitchen clean up
4. I was able to sing in church tonight instead of playing piano.
Whole body throbbing and achy. Sinuses congested. One of vitamin got stuck partially in throat making me choke. Muscles cramping/ spasming randomly and intensely thru body. Lft arm throbbing like toothache. Hands and wrists swollen and hurting. Calves ache deeply. Feet freezing and feel like ice ( I currently have them tucked in between Joe’s legs to warm them up. Lol.

I definitely need to take it easy today. I’m in great pain all over. Whole body stinging burning throbbing pain . It hurts whether I move or stay still. My eyes watereth. Sinuses as though allergies are triggered. Lips severely chapped which means I didn’t drink enough fluids y’day.

Mop kitchen floor
11:00 Just finished moping most of kitchen floor. My back is screaming with pain!!! Arms and hands stinging intensely. Feet freezing. Time for much needed rest.
200 attending Fall Harvest Day at school to help support Dezirae. Mixed emotions. Glad to show my support and spend some time with her, but not looking forward to the crowd and extra stress on my nerves it will cause.
A little chaotic but I found a spot to park myself. Ended up chatting with a friend. It was a good chat.
3:00 took Dezirae for driving practice. During this my body started spasming and cramping bad especially left side and center of chest. Realized I overdid it by attempting to mop kitchen floor earlier in day. Had to get Dezirae to stop so I could get out and stretch. Bent over to try to touch toes and chest popped. Ouch. Costochondritis is trying to flareup.
Took 4 Ibuprofen once back home.
SP birthday dinner. Joe cooked Philly cheese steak quesadillas and made Dezirae help. Jordon came home in time for pie & ice cream.
Probably should have forgone the ice cream. Sinuses congested now. Took 1/2 benadryl.
9p going to bed I can’t keep my eyes open. I’m flat worn out and exhausted.
Whole body hurts. Extremely exhausted. Allergy attack. Stomach feels bloated and hurting. Hands and arms ache fiercely. Center of chest throbbing with periodic sharp stabbing pains.
I need to stop and rest so not to go into tailspin of pain and agony. Now that I’m starting to feel better I have so much I need to get done. Need to learn to pace myself.

1. Jordon bought me a frosted lemonade
2. Joe & Dezirae cooked dinner.
3. Salvation cometh from the Lord alone
