6a once I fell asleep, I slept hard. Strange dreams but don’t recall details. Deep achy pain all over as if did extreme workout. Still very tired.

Arms are extremely sore. Skin itchy and feels like something is crawling all over especially my back.
8a working on blog for little bit. Entire back has chilling burning sensation. Slight headache.

1130 exhausted and need to rest
My physical therapist reached out to me today. Encouraged me to work on core strengthening exercises again. Suggests I need to get tested to find out why my bones are popping out of place.
Feel crash oncoming. Need to go lay down. Bad headache. Ears ringing. Taking headache rx. Slept for about an hour.
5p went as family to pick out a tree. Took a while to find one we could settle on in our budget range. Had to stop and rest several times. One time I sat on ground the cold ground felt good on my stinging back for moment. Towards the end a gentleman offered to ride me on the gocart (can’t think of proper name – they’re used on gold courses) to destination. I thanked him and welcomed the assistance.
Decided to pick up pizzas from Walmart for dinner to make things easier.
Joe says to wait couple days before decorating to allow tree to settle. I don’t understand reasoning, but I forgot to get the tree ornaments out anyways.
Decent day overall. Nerves stinging thru body. Sinuses acting up – probably from the cheese. Tongue stinging. White and red raised patches on top of tongue. Low back throbbing. Center core burning throbbing. As I begin to relax I’m hurting more. Sure got my exercise in walking on the tree farm looking for a tree. For a while, ended up having kids chase down trees. When they found a prospect, I’d catch up to inspect.

5a woke to arms cramping and throbbing. Skin on head, face, and neck very itchy. Body hot. Mouth dry. Thirsty. Back itchy. Very tired. Sinuses congested. Whole body stiff and hurting deeply to bones.

556 attempt to stretch causing back cramps and multiple muscle spasms in legs
While sitting in chair in living room, went to adjust and my left shoulder popped. Ouch! I’m over this.
Listed item on FB. Item sold in less than hour. While out, Dr office called me in for x-ray on shoulder. On way to pick up Rx at pharmacy got turned around where I was and turned opposite way I was supposed to. Had to do u-turn, but figured it out. Finished errands then off to Dr office.
Had to fill out paperwork at Drs. Couldn’t remember name of all meds taken. I let nurse know.
Exhausted. Ate lunch. Fell asleep in chair. Decided to lay down a little bit.
Turning in bed arm pops again. Ouch! Ouch! Lft arm and shoulder throbbing. 😢 Stomach muscle spasms.
600 Dezirae and I worked on putting fall decorations away and start Christmas decorations at church. No clue on bulletin board yet. I’ll have to take time tomorrow to research ideas.
700 shoulder so tense. Feels like muscles are tightening. It hurts.
930 lft shoulder hurts immensely. Joe says it feels warm. It’s a little swollen too.
Random hiccups. These ones hurt like I’m being stabbed in chest.

530 woken suddenly out of sleep not sure what woke me. Hot and clammy. Whole body has achy sting.

Very tired and lethargic feeling today. Not sure why.
Jordon left for errand. Decided to go to thrift store to look for bread maker. Decided it’s an appliance I can’t live without. I love making bread especially around the holidays.
Turned too far right getting out of van and rt side Charlie horse of a cramp. It made me double over and I almost fell. Dropped my cane on ground. Ugh.
Finally found one on back wall with electronics. Checked to see if it’d power on. It does. Yes! It’s only $6.99. Thank you, Lord!!! Now to go home and try it out. Made no bake fudge cookies.
Took shower after picking up girls. Arms fatigued out towards end and cramped. Feel like I did a total gym workout or something. I’m so exhausted and wore out. Not feeling well. Need to sit a while.
Charlie horse of cramp in rt side getting ready to go out. Had to sit on bed until it eased.

6:57 loud music is starting to give me a headache. Put ear plugs in to ease noise and not overload my brain. Moved lft arm wrong now it’s throbbing.
Enjoyed chatting with few friends afterwards. They’re always glad to see us when we come. Mom told me when she came they asked for her ticket. She asked lady if she knew who I was. The lady replied oh, you’re Melissa Smith’s Mo.. You’re fine go right in. Lol! Mom wasn’t sure what to think about that. I jokingly told her that I’m popular here because I was struck by lightning. Lol.
923 back home safely. Headache has eased. Back of neck rt side tight and aching.
Lymph node swollen at base of neck left side and in chest left chest. Choked on water taking night vitamins. Exhausted. Low back throbbing. Whole body stinging. Upper body workout throbbing. Hot.

Whole body stiff and very sore and stingy. Sinuses slightly congested. Slight headache. Top of tongue burning.

Kind of busy today. Joe worked on fixing his vehicle. I went to shed to look for the Christmas tree lights and decorations, but got sidetracked trying to clean it up a little. Dezirae ended up coming to the rescue. Low back throbbing intensely had to rest a while when I got inside.
Bayou Christmas Parade this afternoon at 2:00. Serenity and Talina in it. Going to show our support. Ended up counseling with a woman with her problems. Able to encourage her.
Exhausted. Low back and rt hip throbbing intensely. Rt foot itches something fierce. Stinging needle pain through body. Upper chest sore as if I worked out. Feel like I have frog in throat. Feet freezing.
