0630 good morming! It was a rough night. Woke suddenly at 3am. Trouble falling back to sleep and staying asleep.
0725 whole body aches and is stiff, but at least for now my back isn’t stingng like yday. Tingling in toes, fingers, ankle areas. Ringing in ears.
1200 helped little with dishes. Trying to pick up some around house while kids do schoolwork. Worked some on Scripture Journaling. Tired. Headache. Vision blurring/dizzy. Rt hip throbbing. Indigestion. Rt hand swollen and throbbing. Resting for a bit
1052 brain feeling a bit off today. Little foggy brained not sure what. Tired. Center of chest throbbing. Drank about 80oz of fluids today and my bladder has noticed. Lol. Rt hip hurts. Headache. Though I still have pain, my pain seems to be less than yday. I’ll have to keep tabs if I can remember.

0900 Fibrin protein helps wounds heal but excess fibrin causes inflammation and pain?
Fibrin and inflammation could be root cause of arthitic pain. It is powerful determinate of inflammatory joint disease.

1030a preacher’s fellowship on Thursday. We decided on taco bar for lunch for preacher’s & wives.

1130p Its been a crazy busy day. I’m in so much pain & Aunt Flo decided to shew up today unexpectedly.
No sooner got home from church and was asked to go to store. While at store decided to buy some of items needed for the week. After walking behind buggy for a bit, began hurting all over. Low back and rt hip throbbing horribly. Had to sit on floor for while until I felt I could push myself to go check out.
Our dog, Gracie, of 12 yrs 1 month and 18 days, passed away. It’s hitting Rae the hardest. We’ve had her since Rae was about 3yrs old. I’m conflicted… saddened bc we had her so long & it hurts to see Rae so upset, but relieved & glad bc she’s no longer suffering. She was eat up with cancer.
In much pain…whole body hurts from head to toe. Trouble falling asleep.
1111p woke in much pain all over. Sore and stiffness throughout. Chest upper & center throbbing.
We chose to go to local museum for family activity today. Went thru Dinosaur exhibit twice so I could taken and enjoy all the exhibits. Headache afterwards. Taking in all the multisensory experiences gave me headache. When we were done, we decided to take stroll on boardwalk. I actually was in wheelchair – wouldn’t have made it thru all the walking around. Feeling the warmth of the sun and ocean breeze felt so refreshing. I so want to be able to get out more.
Whole body hurting. Chest center throbbing. Exhausted. Low back throbbing. Rt hip aches. Stomach cramping. Hands ache. Feet & Toes tingly. Indigestion. Gerd rx got sent to wrong clinic. Must wait at least 7 more daya for new order to arrive. Ugh!
