530 fell asleep just after midnight. Woke to rt hip throbbing. Both arms & hands numb and tingling. Center chest hurting. Headache.

Whole body aches deeply. Hurts to move. Still tired.
630 taking Jordon to work (actually he’s driving. Then girl time with Rae. Taking drive to Bucees. She wants a 30oz stainless steel cup.
1030 got home from store ready to crash. I’m exhausted. Rae realized her glasses are missing. Looked around house & car. Went back to store to find them run over in parking lot. Frustrating.
300 can’t stay awake anymore. Need a nap.
340 nap not long enough. I just have no more umph. I’m exhausted.
0440 Joe offered to pick up Jordon on way to church. I’m relieved.
0505 arrived at church. Gotta finish dinner. Rice & veggie on stove. Meat in crockpot. Sat a piece while rice cooking. Mind started wandering to things that need done at church. Feeling overwhelmed. Joe saw I was distraught. Explained. He thanked me for pushing through in spite of my weaknesses & prayed with me. Awh! So romantical. He then offered to put out dinner to serve. Almost burnt the rice. Asked permission to take night off from playing piano. Pushing through in Christ’s strength bc I’d still be in bed.
1159 exhausted. Skin itchy. Headache. Hurt all over. Chest center throbbing & popping each way I move. Eyes burning. Chilly. Toes freezing.
May 22
900 being treated by new chiro. Little nervous not sure how it’ll go.
Dr Young believes! He was very thorough. He asked bunch of questions especially of neurological factors. Amazed that all learning (visual, auditory, & kinetic) is difficult for me post lightning strike. Said I should’ve been seeing a neurologist all this time. We told him I did. He gave puzzled look then Joe proceeded to tell him what happened. He repeated and what did he mean? Joe explained. He was aghast. Said he should be reported. He agreed that no one should joke like that.
He said I was going to be a challenge because I have a lot of things going on that need addressed. He did acupuncture treatment today. Placed needles in 3 places in legs, 2 in hands, 1 in chest, & 1 in head. Going to do shotgun approach for master reset of my system. Said reason my tongue has white patches is the fact that my system is overloaded with mucus.
First needle in lft foot shot pain all way up my leg. Once he got all needles in (12 in all) if I moved my hands or feet it would shot pain through that region. After about 10 minutes, my lft hand and arm started going numb. Joe let Dr know. Dr came and took needles out in arms, chest, & head. Left needles in legs & feet.
Able to adjust feet, knees, legs, hips, back, & neck. Several tender pressure point throughout body. Some when pressed on them I had almost instant tears.
100 gone with family to go fishing. Joe already caught two with his casting net. Lft foot still feels sprained and painful. Neck pain has eased and range of motion is slightly better. Hands throb.

154 legs ache. Low back & rt hip starting to ache.
300p feeling exhausted. Tailbone aches. Let foot feels funny combo between sprained & bruised with a bit of numbness & tingling mixed in.
Neck has a bit more range of motion and doesnt hurt as bad. Shoulders not as tense but still ache. Headache. Very tired. Laying down for half hour before helping with dinner.
920 rt hip throbbing hard to get comfortable. Lft foot still aches. Extremely tired. Cold.
