Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved. Psalm 55:22
To cast your burden upon the LORD, is to simply tell God your problem. Tell Him your concerns and feelings about the situation. Then allow Him to carry the weight of the burden for you and to work out the details.
Believe that He cares for you and that He will take care of your circumstances in the best way possible. He promises to provide, nourish, protect, defend, and supply your every need.
