Slow Cooker Easy Lasagna

Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef, browned

½ cup chopped onion

1 tsp minced garlic

2 tsp Italian Seasoning

1 jar pasta sauce

1 pkg frozen ravioli

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

24 oz cottage cheese

Directions:

1. Brown hamburger and drain fat.  As you are browning meat, you can add onion, garlic,  and Italian seasoning.

2. Add the pasta sauce to the meat mixture.  Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. 

3. Spoon a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of the slow cooker.  Place a layer of half of the ravioli.  Spread half the meat sauce on top of the ravioli.  Spread half the cottage cheese.    Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese over the cottage cheese. Repeat the order of layering.

4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top of the meat sauce.

5. Cover with lid and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.  Enjoy!

I like to add a salad and garlic bread to make it a meal.  Serves 6
